  • Burning throat?
    Bloating?
    Heartburn?
    Acid reflux?
    Pain with digestion?
Many people who experience these symptoms actually have low stomach acid, not too much.
These symptoms occur because undigested food ferments in your stomach, creating gas and irritation.
Here's how to tell if you might have low stomach acid:
    Do the baking soda test:
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 8 ounces of water. Drink it on an empty stomach. If you don't burp within 2-3 minutes, you likely have low stomach acid.
Other signs: Indigestion, gas, bloating, nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, and even skin problems.
    Additional tips:
    - Eat fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi to support digestion.
    - Avoid processed foods and sugary drinks.
    - Chew your food thoroughly.
    - Manage stress, as it can worsen digestive issues.
