This gonna sound absolutely terrifying, but before this whole “pushing the sleep paralysis gonna go into people’s dreams” started, I had a dream that Danny was working on a video in his office and for some reason I had a desk next to him. All of a sudden Danny is just STARING at me like he hates me or some shit, and he told me to “Go bring me my item” I was confused af because he didn’t specify. When I asked, he cut me off and said “I asked you to bring me my item.” Because I didn’t wanna ask him again, I just left the room. I turned the corner and that moment a brown egg spawned in my pocket. I assumed this was “his item” so I tried to turn around. But (in dreamlike fashion) I COULDN’T FIND THE FKING DOOR TO HIS OFFICE I LITERALLY JUST TURNED AROUND BUT IT WAS GONE. When I turned back around Danny was standing right in front of me like a creepy ass scp and he started yelling at me that I couldn’t find the item. I started crying right then and there until I saw a plastic blue ring you get in party bags or at Chucky cheese teleport into his hand. All I heard him say after blowing up on me was “Oh you found it! Bye.” And he walked back to his office which was the door right around the corner even though I previously checked it and saw that it wasn’t there. So for some reason this brown egg spawned in my pocket and it wasn’t even the item he wanted, and his “item” was a Chucky cheese plastic ring.

The “glossy” look the baby has is from erythromycin ointment that is put on all babies in the U.S. eyes right after birth to prevent eye infections. :)
And you can decline it. Unless you are worried that you have an active infection you may pass to the baby, it's not necessary.

If that "bad realism" artist is watching and (hopefully) reading this comment, I've got some good words for you!!
While the proportions may be skewed, that's actually very common with people who are learning realism! Your shading is actually really good and you had all the parts done well, but putting them together seemed to be the tricky part.
As someone else in another comment said, "Next time, the artist should map out the proportions correctly, step back to view the bigger picture (instead of the small details), and compare it to Danny's actual face."
It seems like you went all in on the details instead of mapping/guiding first (though that's just my guess). It can be difficult to draw guidelines for realism unless you practice a lot, but they DO help immensely. The eyes seem to be a bit too close and large, which is the most noticeable flaw. And the shoulders are quite round lol.
Overall, your realism has SO MUCH potential and if you were to really hone your skills, you'd be able to make quality portraits with ease! Keep up the good work, don't give up!

@@AurmazlZudeh in America the baby is usually almost immediately handed to the mother unwashed in a blanket- although that can depend on the hospital and if the baby passes the APGAR
@@MsOdd86 I think a lot of moms will also specify in their birth plan whether they want the baby immediately placed on their chest or if they want to wait until they’ve cleaned the baby up and swaddled them and stuff, but I guess it also depends on the situation and where you deliver and such.

For those curious, as a new dad myself who had never seen this before, the shininess around the eyes is likely just the ointment they put in the baby’s eyes shortly after birth to prevent infection. In my opinion the drawing is really good! The facial features are really similar and drawn well, and the shading is good! Only thing is the proportion, but that’s always the hardest part. The artist should have just focused more on the sketch, but it’s really good!

Having a subreddit of inside jokes means your Reddit’s doing really well and engaging with the videos. A lot of the time CZcamsr subreddits fall off because they don’t get that material, so constantly having jokes and references to throw around (like the gregolution, the dads and cables etc) goes a long way.
But sometimes repeating posts about the same joke over and over again gets pretty boring

I had a dream just last night about Danny taking me on a scuba diving date, idk what that was about, and when I woke up I watched this video for the first time ever and it terrified me that he was talking about dreams viewers have had about him
The “you can see me” but reminded me of when Danny put on the glasses or whatever and looked at the nutcracker guy (who’s not a nutcracker) and it was him dressed up as the nutcracker guy and he was like “you can see me?” And starts screaming.

When I watch these it sounds like we're all just hanging out with danny at his house, discussing throw pillows and showing him our art and stuff.
"This video is over now" has been stuck in my head since the first time I heard it and it's something I look forward to at the end of every video. It's so catchy and wonderful. I even sing it in my head at the end of other people's videos. Also the male Karen is Richard because the short hand is Dick.

I had a dream with Danny in it once, I was at my coding class and my mom took a really long time to pick me up. I started watching Danny Gonzalez because why not. Then multiple teacher came up to me saying my mom died. I went to the main area and starting sobbing my tears out. I saw Danny creep in the door. That’s when the dream ended.
