KEEP IT SIMPLE!
It’s easy to get influenced with 10-step night time routines, but if you have eczema, you might need to think again.
I recently had the worst eczema breakout (on my face and neck) that landed me in and out of doctors offices, and as much as I wanted to try all these different remedies and routines, I had to remind myself that now is not the time. AND that my skin cannot handle what others with normal skin can handle!
So keep it simple, and stick with tried and true, dermatologist approved products (especially during a break out!)

What are you doing for deodorant? I'm on the deodorant struggle bus.

currently on a break from deodorants. I do wipe down with water regularly :)

Thanks for answering. I was off it for a month because of rashes. I just got some Vanicream brand in the mail and am giving it a try.
