I used a standard vacuum sealer and the 11" vacuum sealer rolls. I double bagged my pew-pews. then put them in a water-tight tube with all the stuff needed for them.
I don't know if I got mine from the same place but I have some of these of several sizes and I also got some tubes that go inside the barrel to preserve the inside of the barrel. That may e overkill for a chrome lined barrel but I'd rather overkill than underkill...

Velcro isn't exactly air tight. Spray fluid film in bag and vacuum seal and will last forever.
