I always tell people about cons and that things go so fast. Its all Hi and bye LOL. I was lucky enough to meet Gillian during the xfiles by being an extra on the show and attending an event for her charity so actually got to have a conversation . She really is smart and witty and present in the moment. I love that you have that core group of friends and that you have bonded this way! Sorry the con was shitty but glad you found a way to have a good time!!! Thanks for sharing!!! Great pic of you and G !!!

@@_cosmic-elixir When you put yourself out there, you're always going to attract hate eventually. There's a lot of people who feel insecure and lash out as a result of their own feelings, nothing to do with me specifically. Just comes with the territory.
I cut this part out of this vlog but since we're on the subject: Right before I started the vlog, I was getting bullied by a few accounts. And the night I filmed my first vlog I had a bit of a breakdown. I was like, "Why am I going to make myself a more visible target for these people? This is a terrible idea." But I realized that if I kept myself from doing something that I wanted to do, simply because other people didn't like it, then that was letting them win. So I made a promise to myself to block, mute and unfollow anyone inserting negative energy into my life. And it's honestly the best decision I've ever made.
But ANYWAYYYY thanks for your kindness, it's beautiful people like you that make it totally worth it.

But listen: you probably don't need to be told this because it seems like you're already in a good headspace with it, but keep doing you. Your vids are pure joy and they're helping me get through a really rough patch in my life. They give me some good laughs and it's always a treat seeing someone celebrate Mulder and Scully. Keep it up and thank you.

I saw Gillian Anderson at mcm comic con London before season 10 aired. I watched a panel with her even though she was promoting a movie she was more than happy to answer X files questions.

I'm a young fan, and the XFiles is my favorite TV series. This show is ageless. It will never go out of style, or at least I hope. I can't stand when my friends say they don't want to see it because "it's old", it doesn't make sense! To keep this amazing show from dying, I'm forcing all my friends to watch it, and they're enjoying it hahaha!

Cons are so stressful... but also, so fucking fun. Well, except when they're poorly managed because that just ruins the whole "here to have fun" vibe. And boy does anxiety make those times even worse.

I usually get panicky in groups. I think it depends on the setting, being surrounded by so many like minded people may have helped. Glad you weren't plagued by it that weekend
I would love to know if there's some way to know where they are gonna be I want to go see them so bad but always seem to find them last minute.
I’m sorry, but how can anyone not love you? You are so sweet. I was very excited to meet you. You are like fandom royalty. I wish our group and your group would have had adjoining villa rooms. What a fantastic party that would have been. I agree with everything you said about how disorganized Spooky Con was. I really don’t think they had any idea how big the Xfiles fandom is. I saw multiple people being pulled away from Gillian’s autograph table as Gillian was speaking with them. That upset me. Gillian was talking people!!! Don’t they know that she is the Queen? When the Queen speaks, you listen. Security was very rude to Gillian I thought. They made the rules about gifts and poses, not David and Gillian. That’s not right. However, even will all of the craziness, we al had a fantastic time. I would do it again in a heartbeat. One thing I would do differently though it to shove a sock in that lady’s mouth that kept saying no cameras, no phones. Put them away or I am going to take your badge and kick you out. That chick needed a good kick in the ass! Lol!

No noo, it wasn't Candice. I don't have any problem with Candice and as far as I know nobody I'm friends with has an issue with her either. There are people on Tumblr that spread crazy twisted rumors about D and G + their kids. When they run out of things to talk about the turn their gossip onto fans that receive any attention from D or G. I discouraged the Alien Con hate at the time and I hope nobody at Spooky was rude to you over that panel. I didn't get to see it but I saw a lot of stupid complaints on twitter and tumblr that I thought were harsh and unnecessary. Sorry I was going to leave a comment on your video about that but found this scrolling down. Anyways, take care.
