- Among the new information uncovered by the Post's Greg Jaffe and Anne Gearan, the Petraeus biographer was asked to leave her doctoral program at Harvard and apparently mistated her accomplishments at West Point.

I find it pretty funny that these reporters have the nerve to judge Paula for not finishing her doctorate, and only getting her masters at Harvard. When neither of these reporters have even gone to Harvard let alone even getting a doctorate somewhere... typical society always trying to judge someone better than them. So they dont have to look at their own pathetic lives.
She's often cited as being a Harvard PHD student when she isn't. That's all. I'm sure she's successful blowing someone right now. With legs like those, she could bring down generals anywhere.
She didn't get her doctorate, because she flunked out. they have her the masters as a consolation prize.
Why am I not surprised that she embellished to her favor...never a good idea. The consequences are better when you tell the truth. Too much eagerness and ambition may be seen as greed. Tragic figures both her and Petraeus, no longer seen as the heroes they could have been.
