The charging is the frustrating thing about this device. It is hard to keep such a small area over the device. I spend my time charging a few minutes, relocating the charger hoping to get it in the right place. After three or four times of this, I give up. I have had my device around four years and only once have I been able to find the place and keep it on long enough to fully charge. Very discouraging!!
I have had better luck getting a piece of duct tape and tape it on me to hold it in place.
Kimberly this unit is not working
I charged it and put it on and heard the beep. It was on less than 10 minutes when I heard three sraching sounds and it turned itself off.

The belts are no good for plus size. Ive not used the sticky pads. It can be difficult to line up the sensor to the back which is annoying
My belt is waaay too big & is hard to situate on the implant. How did you get a small one?

The belt and the green charger cannot be combined if the patient has arthritis in the hands. Totally useless for that purpose.
