The further I progress in the game the more awesome the game feels, I think this game is an overall upgrade compared to Origins & I'm having a blast playing it. Hej Tobias Theyre coming in a DLC, Darius was the inventor of the hidden blade.
Any assassins creed game that takes place after the events of origins will have hidden blades. Anything from before odyssey’s timeline will not.
Origins was before odyssey and it have the hidden blade your last sentence is wrong

It will show on the map if you have collected everything from the location. Enemies respawn in certain areas.

It is outrageous that this games received huge offenses, yes you don't have an hidden blade and more mechanics and animations have been deleted but look at the fluidity and find the positive notes about Odissey, it isn't comparable to the other Assassin's. But Look at the good things, like the open world and the huge inventory!
The game looks a bit buggy like the assassinations the spear is floating and what not in some videos ive seen, im a long time assassins creed fan and have played all of them but syndicate and origins I kinda fell off a bit, im tempted to pick this up but im also not entirely sure. Losing my faith a bit what does anyone recommend pick up or skip?

Akiric It‘s an RPG. That‘s the most important note. If you like that, go pick it up. It‘s an absolutely amazing game, look at the reviews, they are positive all the way through.

assasin's creed has stuff like "the ones who came before " , pieces of eden and altair meeting a god . this should be fair . also all this stuff odyssey's main hero has done is possible by the broken spear of leonidas which is a god/isu weapon.

@@MisterK9739 Yes in general are more challenging than the other AC. But i think that stealth in Odyssey with those abilities (teleport ecc..) is easier.
Those abilities are optional. You don't have to unlock them if you don't want them

Matt L. If you mean the abilities, the reason there is “magic” is because the spear of Leonidas was forged by the ISU and who ever holds the spear gets granted abilities

They must update the animations or make a new game, a realistic game like in ac1-3 not magical weapons and invisibility!! WTF ubisoft? This is an disappointment! Lol!

Are you really playing the franchise? Wth are you talking about AC I - III have no magical weapon? They were literally about the Pieces of Eden. Do you pretend to forget that in AC Brotherhood Ezio use the Apple of Eden and enemies around him are blinded? Even in AC I it has power. The reason why Altair able to studied Apple of Eden is because that things itself holds the power of Advanced Knowledge. It can even controlling human mind. It's just he didn't use it in the open. It's always been the same. All of the Pieces of Eden holds magical power. Spear of Leonidas is also the Pieces of Eden, that's why you as the wielder possessed that kind of power. Duh. This fake AC "fans" is makes me sick !

i lost most of my interest in Assassin's Creed since Unity. Black Flag was the last point that i could feel the assasin. It's hardly becoming final fantasy... :/

FFS, I cleared this fort without either of those things because I enjoy a challenge. Pretend this is an ancient greek hitman game, learn a little patience, and you'll have way more fun.
