Over the last ten years, the evidence that we face urgent challenges to protect the environment has become indisputable, and it’s clear that the time to act is now. Drawing inspiration from the concept of moonshots, which since the moon landing in 1969 has become shorthand to talk about the most ambitious and ground-breaking goals, Prince William announced The Earthshot Prize: an ambitious set of challenges to inspire a decade of action to repair the planet.
We believe in the power of human ingenuity to prove to us all that the seemingly impossible is possible.

Earthshot should have a TV show and have people vote (cost 0.25 cents per vote) for the project they think should win and the 0.25 cents should be directly donated to the cause the person states.... and any excess (beyond $x) would be donated to the next brilliant project in the same category downstream... until they get to $x and so on down. 🙏 Positive future for ALL

I live in Australia 🇦🇺. I live by the ocean it’s the plastic that gets washed up. We have community groups that clean up. It’s not enough. We live on an island that is home to penguins and plastic is a real danger to wild life. Go dutchies. I’m proud of our First Nations woman keep up the good work. I know our Great Barrier Reef is in trouble but our whole continent is in trouble.

Bubble barrier I found very useful and innnovative
Great projects for saving lives and life. To restore waters need to look at fundamentals like the water equivalent of railroads, since propwash is killing everything we're trying to save. Fundamentals like augmenting flows with devices and designs to balance energy losses from Coastal constructions. Or converting all rotary loads to sprocket or pulley assemblies to reduce force required?
We’re glad to join you in supporting new and innovative ideas to protect the ocean.
Great to see these initiatives and my fellow Dutchies working on solving the Plastic pollution problem in our oceans!
