Her form has gotten really good in a short amount of time. You can really feel how much she loves MT.
As Noom said, the most important aspect is keeping your hands up to block/protect.
You know what,you look so good with Muay Thai pants. From 🇹🇭 love a lot
Also have someone to throw punches at you for 2 minutes round to keep your guard up and tight, nothing crazy. They can go 50% with punches.,you can do 2 /5 minutes round then when you feel ready you can throw counters. Make sure they correct your technique 🙏🏽

So cool to see your progression, Lisa. Noom is such a great teacher, I'm learning from your experience and learning how to teach better too to people with less knowledge.
Is Lisa planning on taking some sort of amateur fight ? Don't forget to bring the hand straight back after punching to protect the chin. I notice Noom pointed this mistake out a few times where Lisa leaves her hand just sort of floating out in space. (Sorry for being an armchair critic). Anyway, it is great to see Lisa's progress.

When you throw your left hand bring it back on a straight line. Don’t punch drop and bring it back. You leaving your left side exposed. Check your video and you’ll see 👀

Kicking by using both hip and legs is the correct kick. At the same time, flick the arm behind , it's causing you to kick hard like in real Muay Thai.
