"Mother 2 deserves to be on the list" Mother 2 was not on the list
Shoutout to Fire Emblem and Xenoblade because they don't get enough love
What gets even less love is the “Famicom/Advance Wars” series, Famicom Detective Club, Star Tropics, and Wario
@@thomasffrench3639warioland 4 is one of the best platformers nintendos ever made and no one talks about it lol.
I like xenoblade but at least it will get new game soon from the devs. As a Rhythm heaven fan I have waited 8yrs for a sequel that will never come 😭😭
@@Saz103 what is your favorite Nintendo Platformers? Mine is probably Mario 3, and i actually haven’t played much Wario Land
Fire Emblem is the best Nintendo franchise of all time in my opinion! ❤
You can tell none of the boys have played many Nintendo games outside the GameCube lol
Yeah except joey, he fought for mario 64 and mother 2
Oh yeah. Wii Sports, Link to the Past, Mario Kart 8, Pokémon Gold. My favorite GameCube games.
I know it is a recent entry, but Fire Emblem Awakening is the GOAT, it is what got me really into the series
GameCube was pretty much when Nintendo creativity and effort peaked. They haven't had an era where they took advantage of modern hardware ever since
@@JACpotatos I know you haven't played any other game or console apart from GameCube games
Calling Mario 64 a "tech demo" while Sunshine has some of the most fundamentally broken levels out of any videogame is baffling to me.
And to say Sunshine is better than Galaxy, with zero push back from anyone, is absolutely horrifying 😂
No paper Mario thousand year door for Gamecube 😢
Never got the chance to play it, so I cannot rate it even if it’s Goated
i was expecting one of them to mentioned paper mario
I'm also a fan of death threats
1. Fire Emblem Path of Radiance
2. Legend of Zelda Wind Waker
3. Super Mario Galaxy
4. Xenoblade chronicles 3
5. Bayonetta 2
Path of Radiance I miss it so much
Ah yes bayonetta my favorite nintendo franchise
Finally some Xenoblade love
Based.
@@346Yomanit’s published by Nintendo, therefore they have the rights to it.
Based off nostalgia:
1) Pokemon Emerald
2) Super Mario Land 2
3) Super Smash Bros Brawl
4) Mario Kart Double Dash
5) Metroid Zero Mission
What i would replay at any given moment:
1) Super Smash Bros Ultimate
2) Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
3) Metroid Dread
4) Super Mario Galaxy 2
5) Pokemon Legends
Based list! Metroid Zero Mission and Metroid Fusion for me would share the spot tbh.
Nostalgia aside, Double Dash is easily the best Mario Kart game thanks to the two-man carts.
Any list that has SMG2 on it is a based list to me; love that game so much
no zelda in the list is crazy
@@vibechecks1987 I have tried Ocarina of Time, Wind waker, Awakening, Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. Only BOTW impacted me a little. Perhaps I should try a link to the past. Which other one would you recomend?
Damn this is tough..I gotta say
1. Metroid Prime
2.Paper Mario 64
3. Link to the Past
4. Pikmin 4
5. Pokemon Emerald
goated
Goated Pokemon pick
Good list brother
Instant respect for putting Pikmin 4! That game is so good!
Good list!!
Connor playing Pikmin on stream could be the most British thing to do 😂
1 - Mario galaxy 1/2
2 - BOTW/TOTK
3 - Paper mario TTYD
4 - Pokemon BW/2
5 - Metroid Prime
I haven't even played mario 64 but I know it has some of the deepest movement mechanics in a 3D platformer. It's one of the most speedruned games of all time and the community is still big, idk there certainly is staying power.
Yeah, it’s because it had weak 3D graphics and is played on an N64 controller. That’s the main reason why they don’t think highly of it is because of those factors instead of the actual gameplay.
@@thomasffrench3639to be fair did we really expect “Trash taste” to have a good take on games? 💀 almost every reason they give is “it didn’t age well” or “it’s overrated” the default responses to having no actual way to defend your claims
@@Naxatthedoor Totally. I am of the belief that most games don't really age, it's just that they are bad/mediocre, but got popular. Now there are certain games that do age badly, like Goldeneye, and tank controls to an extent, but it is quite rare.
Majora's Mask. Enough said.
Real 🗣️🗣️🗣️
Didn’t change the industry like Ocarina
I agree Ocarina did make a huge impact in the gaming community but Majora just had those dark themes that just hit different. Both are GOATED
Its all that needs to be said.
@@danny297 Zelda is honestly like Mario, Mega Man and Castlevania that have a high bar for quality and you can argue that many entires in each franchise can be one of the greatest games of all time
1: Xenoblade Chronicles 1,2,3
2: Mario odyssey
3: Metroid Fusion
4: Pokémon Gens 2,4 and 7
5: Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Pokemon Gen 7 is a goated take
How did none of them mention the Xenoblade series, one of the greatest JRPG series out there.
I'm pretty sure that only Joey has played the 3 numbered Xenoblade games and he said that he liked them but they weren't anything super special to him
I'm just in shock that after they said Ocarina of time overrated then Twilight Princess was not mentioned
Actually impossible list to determine. I do think Mario Odyssey is the best Mario game though. And Smash Ultimate is a better overall experience than melee looking past the competitive scene.
No, Super Mario Bros 3 is the best one
Shit I think brawl is a better game casually than melee, and maybe even ultimate. Just shows how different the competitive and casual experiences are.
There list is actually good in an objective standpoint. Link to the past perfectly encapsulated what an adventure game is, Melee is the most popular smash in terms of legacy for new and old players, Wii sports encompasses what Nintendo is all about, gaming with your loved ones, Pokemon is a monumentous franchise and deserves representation. And Mario kart is great for both casuals and hardcore gamers.
I think Link to the past is a better adventure game than Odyssey and it would be a little redundant to have both you know?
Mario 64 is the best Mario game. Best movement, wall kicks, fastest paced.
Melee is better than ultimate also because of the movement. It's just so smooth. Even without the advanced mechanics you move like butter.
@@sunstar185 maybe for the older Pokémon games, but ever since the 3DS Pokémon have been falling behind the standards of Nintendo’s othersother ips
1. Metroid Prime
2. Super Mario Galaxy 2
3. The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
4. Mother 3
5. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Extra: Kirby 64: the Crystal Shards
You Know Ball
Honestly I'd say Twilight Princess. With that I can see your list.
Melee is better than Ultimate and it's not close
Mother 3 in top 5 is so based, a complete masterpiece
@@shorthopdoublelasers4168absolutely L take lmao and I love Melee
Really liked the different perspectives, what a great rythm and chemistry this guys have
1. Paper Mario (N64)
2. F-Zero GX
3. Super Smash Bros Meele/Ultimate
4. Wario Ware Smooth Moves
5. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (Wii)
Connor looks really happy today. Thats good to see 😁
My top 5 Nintendo Games (no particular order; based on games I've Played):
1.) Super Smash Bros Melee
2.) Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
3.) Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
4.) Luigi's Mansion
5.) Resident Evil 3 (how I first played it)
HM: Sonic Heroes
And shout out to Joey for saying that Super Mario 64 is better than Mario Sunshine. I completely agree. It's the best 3D Mario game ever made, despite it's flaws.
Here for Earthbound/Mother 2!
I was going to be upset, then I remembered the name of the podcast... Opinions check out.
The fact they brought up Super Metroid and then just gloss over it and the entire Metroid franchise 😭
At least they talked about it. They just straight up ignored Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World despite Mario 3 in particular being the best Mario game
Interesting choices.
for me I would say
1-A Link to the Past
2-Smash Ultimate
3-Pokemon Platinum
4-Super Metroid
5-Fire Emblem 3 houses
I’m horribly biased but super Mario bros 3 deserves a spot. It was my first real game I ever played but it holds up today
1) A Link to the Past
2) Pokémon: Black & White
3) Super Mario 64
4) Melee
5) Metroid Prime
change melee for brawl
black 2
My picks for best from each series that I am experienced with:
Mario - Galaxy 1 or Odyssey
Zelda - Ocarina of Time
Metroid - Super or Prime 1
Donkey Kong - DKC 2 or Tropical Freeze
Mario Kart - 8 Deluxe or Wii
Smash Bros. - Ultimate
Best Party Game - MK8 Deluxe, Nintendo Life, or classic Mario Party
And if I had to do the impossible and rank the top 5 Nintendo games (with no series repeats):
1 - Super Metroid
2 - Ocarina of Time
3 - Mario Galaxy
4 - Smash Ultimate
5 - DKC Tropical Freeze
Based
'Pikmin' is one of the most slept on franchises by Nintendo fans.
Of the 4 games, personally I think 'Pikmin 2' gets the balance right of story, environment variety and number of items to collect. The original game is great, but the 30 items in 30 days time limit, that holds it back for me.
Thankfully all 4 of the mainline series are available on Switch. Only the 3DS spinoff 'Hey Pikmin' isn't available, it's decent but very different to the main games.
Pikmin 2 is the goat
This is so hard but here are mine
1: Super Metroid
2: Metroid Prime
3: Earthbound
4: Paper Mario TTYD
5: Wii Sports Resort
1. Luigi's Mansion (gamecube)
2. Super Smash Brawl ... sub space emissary
3. Super Mario Sunshine
4. Twilight Princess or Wind Waker
5. Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green or Emerald
Honorable Mention - Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins
1)Pokémon platinum
2)mario galaxy
3)windwaker
4)mario kart 8 deluxe
5)smash bros ultimate
Pokemon BW 2 beat out Platinum for me
1. Metroid Fusion
2. Super Mario World
3. Donkey Kong Country
4. WarioLand 4
5. Super Smash Bros.
I got Pokémon Heartgold on my 10th birthday-The age kids are first eligible to become trainers in the series, never played any of them before that-and I'll never accurately put into words the joyous sensation it gave me over my first playthrough. The game, along with the pokewalker, felt like a real adventure. Best game OST for me as well
Hardcore Gamer Granny is crazy
1. Mario Galaxy 2
2. Paper Mario the thousand year door
3. Pokémon Emerald
4. Kirby Super star ultra
5. Mario Party 2
I say this with all the love in the world for you, Joey: your preference for a game in this video is inversely proportional to its recency in the franchise it comes from
1. Zelda Majora's mask or OoT
2. Metroid prime
3. Fzero gx or fzero snes
4. Mario sunshine
5. Chrono trigger snes if it counts. If not then it will have to be pikmin 2
for me its gotta be
1. Pikmin
2. Moreo Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu Tatakae Ouendan 2
3. Pokemon Black
4. Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
5. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
honorable mentions would be Rhythm Heaven Fever and Super Mario Galaxy 2, and i dont count it here cuz its not a Nintendo IP but it is exclusive to Nintendo hardware, my favorite game of all time is The World Ends With You, if we're counting that then that's number 1
1. Xenoblade Chronicles
2. Fire Emblem Echoes Shadows of Valentia
3. Super Metroid
4. Golden Sun
5. Eternal Darkness
1. Zelda Ocarina of Time
2. Metroid Prime
3. Zelda the Wind Waker
4. Mario Sunshine
5. Pokemon Silver
My list
5. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
4. Kirby Planet Robobot
3. Super Mario Odyssey
2. Pokemon B2/W2
1. Zelda Breath of the Wild
Let's be real. Mario Sunshine can be janky as hell a lot of the time. I say that as someone who didn't mind it, but saying it's the best Mario game? I can't get behind that personally.
I love how they say that Mario 64 is because of nostalgia when it plays way better
I personally can't remember too much jank in Sunshine outside of the watermelon, pre-boo slots, and possibly some camera control issues, but granted it has been decades since I've touched it.
I've never played 64 either, but I personally think Sunshine played fantastically. Really tight and intuitive controls, a nice set of movement options (dive, backflip, spinjump, triple jump) enhanced when you add in the fludd (sliding, rocket, turbo, rope-spinning), plus a few fun unintentional exploits, like the first-person-zoom to turn in midair during a dive if you want to include those. Even if 64 does play "way" better, which I'm not convinced on, I think Ss plays well enough that I'd still prefer it after taking into account the IMO nicer areas and visuals and whatnot
@@Zeppongola The thing is that you are judging Mario 64 on it's visuals as you have never played it.
@@thomasffrench3639 Sure, but I have watched speedruns of it. Perhaps it looked better on the CRT televisions of yore, but I highly doubt its enough of a difference to go from 'a bit too low-poly for me to be able to enjoy' to 'prettier than a game I could play today without visual complaints'.
(Also I wouldn't really say I'm "judging" it; if you like how it looks that's perfectly fine, I just personally prefer the look of Sunshine)
@@Zeppongola Oh, I agree that it isn't visually pleasing. I'm talking about the gameplay.
Joey is capping with gold and silver gen 2 fans are the real gen oners like the game is only good in a casual perspective but even then there is way more better casual Pokémon games when only talking about main line then gen 5 was the best ( and also not just in casual) but the best non main line Pokémon game is between Pokémon XD, gail of darkness, legends and mystery dungeon
Mine is
5. Mario 64
4. Super smash bros ultimate
3. Super mario world
2. Super metroid
1. Link to the past
Although theres alot that just miss this list.
Metroid prime, pikmin 3, wave race 64, every 3d zelda and mario, xenoblade 1 and 3, fire emblem awakening, paper mario ttyd, yoshis island, star fox 64
Super Metroid always gets snubbed, but without it we don’t get Hollow Knight, Dark Souls, and like 75% of all indie games.
Naw the original Metroid was the game to do it first. Metroidvania games were very common before Super Metroid
12:10 I WILL NOT BE HEARING THIS LUIGIS MANSION SLANDER.
Mines is:
1 Zelda twilight princess
2 Fire Emblem Awakening
3 Metroid Zero Mission
4 Mario Galaxy
5 Star Fox 64
Joey won me at earthbound, lost me to galaxy
They really living up to the podcast title there are so many games they don’t know about
Ok top 5, but check this shit out:
1. Super Metroid
2. Mario Galaxy 2
3. Rhythm Heaven Fever
4. Breath of the Wild
5. Super Mario World
Honorable mentions to Smash Ultimate, MK8 deluxe, Metroid Dread and Kirby and the Forgotten Land
Holy based Garnt with the SMS and melee picks
My list would be…
1. Pokémon Coliseum
2. TLOZ: Wind Waker
3. Tetris (I don’t care, this game is very addictive and fun, I can play for hours and not realize it)
4. Animal Crossing: New Horizons
5. Crafting Mama
Super Metroid
Super Metroid
Super Metroid
Super Metroid
Super Metroid
Here's the REAL list that doesn't force 5 different franchises:
1. Mario Bros 3
2. Mario 64
3. Ocarina of Time (I like MM better though)
4. Breath of the Wild
5. Link to the Past or Super Mario World (toss-up)
These are their most iconic & influential, internally-developed games.
I'm not counting games they publish or outsource to others to develop like Smash, Pokemon, Bayonetta, etc.
1. Wave Race Blue Storm
2. F-Zero GX
3. Super Metroid
4. Link to the Past
5. I can't think of a fifth Nintendo game that I would put in a top 5
My list:
Xenoblade Chronicles 2
The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess
Super Mario 64
Kid Icarus Uprising
Star Fox 64
1. Super Mario Galaxy 2
2. Mario Kart Wii
3. Zelda Skyward Sword
4. Animal Crossing New Leaf
5. Smash Bros Brawl
Absolute cinema
you def grew up with the wii
My guy really put Skyward Sword in there
@@joris8032 Cmon man I had to. I think the game is not bad as people perceive it to be.
All of the games (except maybe for Galaxy) have newer instalment of the franchise that I think are better. Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Breath of The Wild or Tears of The Kingdom, New Horizon, and Ultimate.
@@8bit-storm606that’s an understatement for sure. Skyward Sword is fantastic! It’s my number 2 Zelda game after Ocarina of Time. Came here to appreciate the Skyward Sword pick, commented to defend it!
1. Literally any Mainline zelda game from ALTTP to Twilight Princess. they all goated.
2. Super Metroid (what a fkn game, prime would be here if it wasnt for the artifacts)
3. Super Smash Bros Melee (better adventure mode than ultimate no lie and wavedash go brrr)
4. Pokemon Emerald/Fire Red
5. Super Mario World or Galaxy
The fact that Mario 3 or Mario World don't even get a mention is baffling.
Also no love for Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire?
They don't care about 2D games.
When Connor is fighting the corner of a game with a story.
Xenoblade Chronicles
(although technically not made by Nintendo, but it's a Nintendo platform exclusive)
If you're going by highest grossing franchises or single best-selling games, then it's a lot easier than stuff like "influential" or "impactful".
And I think Wii Sports is a "most popular" because it was included with the Wiis.
In no particular order:
Mario 64
F-Zero GX
Melee
Majora's Mask
Metroid Zero Mission / Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
We need a new f-zero game pronto
@@ericshin6338We already have all the games we need imo
My Top 5 Favorite Nintendo Games (1 per Franchise or else several would be Pokemon)
1. Paper Mario: TTYD
2. Smash Bros: Ultimate
3. Fire Emblem: Awakening (first FE game I played)
4. A Link to the Past
5. Pokémon Platinum
As it stands (and this could change):
1) Super Mario Sunshine
2) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
3) Custom Robo Arena
4) Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness
5) Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS
Garnt is so real for that sunshine take
Real delusional...
Better than Galaxy 1 & 2, and Mario 64? What a weird take 😂
@@corey2232 mario sunshine is more enjoyable than mario 64
My 2 Favorites would be Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem and not many people remember this RE4 was originally released on the GameCube first and in my opinion it's the best version.
Saying "ocarina of time is a GOOD game" could be a winner at the trash taste awards for one of the worst takes.
Disagree, OoT hasn't aged well in many areas.
1. Xenoblade 2 (1 has best story imo but 2 was my first one so I love it the most)
2. Zelda Breath of the Wild (Because it was a major change in a series that brought people into it and I've played hundreds of hours in it)
3. Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver (remakes are better than original. Just suck it up and accept it)
3. Super Smash Bros Ultimate (Was a competitive zelda main)
4. Yoshi's Island
I'm going to throw my hat into the ring, because why not:
1) Super Mario Galaxy 2
2) Kirby Planet Robobot
3) Luigi's Mansion 3
4) Pokemon Platinum
5) Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze
1. Xenoblade Chronicles X
2, 3 and 4. Xenoblade Chronicles 1/2/3
5. Zelda Twilight Princess
IMO, by franchise (only including ones I've played at least a couple of installments of the franchise in question):
Mario: Sunshine (Mario Kart and the first Luigis Mansion, as well as some of the Gameboy or pre-GC ones I'm not familiar with the names of were also great)
Zelda: Oracle of Ages (yeah that's right, the GBC game)
Smash: Melee (I feel like I should like Brawl or Ult more, but I dunno, never really clicked with any after Melee. Subspace emissary was indeed great though)
Pokemon: FireRed/LeafGreen (honourable mentions to HG/SS and RSE. Entire gen 3 was great)
Oracle of Ages is a GBC game. What other Zeldas have you played where Ages was the winner?
@@wilsonkilmer9776 I think Seasons and 4 Swords were the only other ones I've completed; IIRC I played Wind Waker up to the part where you have to get a bunch of maps or triforce pieces or whatever it was, some of Minish cap and Twilight Princess (but didn't really get into either enough to play more than a session or two), a bit of whichever that one was with the magic meter and the dark world, and possibly some of Awakening (though I remember so little of it that I might've just been wandering around on my brother's save), and also a few sessions of Hyrule Warriors if that counts.
I've watched playthroughs of Ocarina and Majora's Mask too, a bit of Skyward Sword, and some challenge/speedruns of BotW and TotK.
I personally like OoA because the time travel is really neat, I like seeing each area in different points in time, doing things in the past that influence the future, etc. I also just like the gameplay of those 2D GBC/A games more than the 3D console ones. I liked the rings with various effects, and also the bear/kangaroo/swimming-lizard-thing, though I forget if they were in Ages or Seasons or both. I also much prefer the 2D dungeons to the 3D ones tbh. Aesthetic-wise I also liked Ages/Seasons quite a bit, though Wind Waker is also great for that, whereas I don't find most of the other games particularly aesthetically pleasing, especially TP. I'm not super interested in the plot for Zelda games either, so it being relatively simple in those games wasn't really much of a downside for me
@@Zeppongola wow, those are some truly, genuinely uncommon opinions! That rules. I think you and I have pretty different opinions and favorites among the Zelda games, but I respect the hell out of you and your takes! For me, I loved the art style and atmosphere of Twilight Princess (I think it’s easy to say it was an overcorrection for Windwaker, but I do think it looks great) and Ocarina of Time is my favorite. Story, music and atmosphere are my primary interests with Zelda though. My first Zelda game was Oracle of Seasons, so I definitely have plenty of love and nostalgia for it and Ages, as well as Link’s Awakening. If you like those, I do think you’d like A Link to the Past (my third favorite after Ocarina and Skyward Sword, and the one it sounds like you tried out with the magic meter and the Dark World) as it’s dungeons and gameplay progression were series defining and quite similar to the GB games. I’ve gotten about to the part of Windwaker you said you had, where you collect the Triforce pieces (I really ought to finish that game; but life is busy, huh?) so I can’t speak to it fully but what I’ve played is fantastic, and it’s a common fan favorite. This series is awesome, huh? Anyway, genuinely great to discuss Zelda! Cheers!
@@wilsonkilmer9776 Thanks! Always great to see people happy to hear opinions that differ from their own. I can certainly respect putting OoT as #1, and its nice to hear that you enjoyed both TP and WW; quite often they seem to be a one-or-the-other deal (probably because of the very different art styles and being released pretty close to each other, IIRC). The music and atmosphere are definitely major strengths of the series; although I like the Oracle games the most overall, I think Ocarina and WW probably have the soundtracks that most spring to mind for me. Pretty timeless tracks all-round
1. Wind waker
2. Mario 64
3. Kirby 64 the crystal shards
4. Pokemon Blue/red/yellow
5. Donkey kong country 2
L takes in this video:
Smash Bros being contested in the top 5
Saying Super Mario 64 is the worst
Nobody even mentioning Super Mario 2 or 3
Talking about Mario Party in a top 5
Pokemon as #1 of alltime
Link to the past over Majoras Mask
No mention Xenoblade
Other than that, still a good discussion~
For me it would be (limiting myself to one entry for every series):
1. Zelda Wind Waker
2. Pokémon HGSS/ Gold&Silver
3. Mario Sunshine (love/hate relationship with that game)
4. Smash Melee
5. Fire Emblem Awakening
1) Oceana of Time
2) Pokemon Crystal
3) Ssb. Meele
4) Metroid Prime 2 Echoes
5) Super Mario Sunshine
*** honorable mentions ***
Mario Party 5
Wii Sports
Luigi's Mansion
Pikmen 2
Ocarina of Time
Earthbound
Mother 3
Link to the Past
Paper Mario Thousand Year Door
Hon mentions to Every other Zelda basically, Mario Odyssey, 64 and Yoshi's Island, Pikmin 2 and 4. Lylat Wars, Super Metroid, Metroid Prime, Smash (General), Pokemon Gold, Fire Emblem Awakening, 3 Houses, Professor Layton Unwound Future.
This is the way.
1. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
2. Super Metroid
3. Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
4. Super Mario World
5. Super Smash Bros. Melee
1. Pokemon Black & White 2
2. Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
3. Xenoblade Chronicles 2
4. Fire Emblem 3 houses
5. Super Mario Odyssey
If you were to put a Wii Sports game on here, it should've been Resort.
The fencing one was so fun
The last two positions are not final, but:
1. Earthbound
2. Chrono Trigger
3. Mother 3
4. Kirby Super Star
5. Pokémon Emerald
For me in no order
Link’s Awakening
Super Mario Bros 3
MK8
Smash Ultimate
Tetris
Connor thinks Mario 64 is the worst because he didn't grow up with it, it is similar to Link to the Past, those games are the FOUNDATIONS for almost all of the games that came after them, especially Mario 64. Zelda only changed the formula recently with BOTW
I think he prefers it because he grew up with Sunshine instead.
Sunshine is crazy, I like that game but it also makes me want to pull my hairout when playing it, if you know you know.
I avoid almost every 8th episode.
1. Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
2. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
3. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
4. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
5. Super Mario Galaxy
My top 5
1. Paper Mario Thousand Year Door
2. Emerald
3. Majoras Mask
4. F-Zero GX
5. Smash Ultimate
If I had to choose (in no particular order):
Chrono Trigger
Pokemon Emerald
Super Mario RPG
Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon RPG
Fire Emblem Three Houses
1. Smash Ultimate
2. Mario Oddyssey
3. Breath of the Wild
4. DKC2
5. Mother 3
this list Hurts Me. 😢😅
Im a huge zelda fan. I think wind waker is the best. Ocarina of time is second.
Gameplay wise i think majoras mask has more interesting tools than ocarina such as the masks, but the anxiety i get from rushing to beat the moon just kills my fun.
I totally respect the choice of link to the past because its graphics have aged well compared to other more recent pixelated top down rpgs, and its quite a big game and has great gameplay.
Breath of the wild, 4 swords adventure and twilight princess were also really good but below the ones previously mentioned, imho.
Also joey's take on mario is truly goated.
1. Ocarina of Time
2. F-Zero SNES
3. Mario Kart DS
4. Super Mario Odyssey
5. Mega Man X
Honestly if I wasn’t keeping it to one entry per series, it would probably be mostly Zelda. Like:
1. Ocarina of Time
2. Skyward Sword (fight me)
3. A Link to the Past
4. F-Zero
5. Twilight Princess
Best console is SNES. Good shit. Cheers!
Super Mario 3 and Super Mario World both needed at least a mention.
1. Mario odyssey
2. Zelda ocarina of time
3. Super smash bros melee
4. Super Metroid
5. Pokémon emerald
My top 5 would be:
5.Pokemon Black and White
4.Paper Mario TTYD
3.Metroid Zero Mission
2.Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker
1.Super Mario Galaxy
Ooft hard topic but... Wii sports above any Pokémon game, let alone GS...? Animal Crossing didn't even get a mention 🤣
Wii Sports is better than Pokémon tho.
1. Mario 64
2. Wii Sports Resort
3. Smash Bros Brawl
4. Wario Land 4
5. Xenoblade Chronicles
Wario 4?
Does that mean Wario Land 4 or are there multiple copies of Wario I don't know about?
@@kevinsteevens4468 I forgot to put Land in there my bad.
