Kim was born into a well off family; Her father, Robert Kardashian, was an attorney and entrepreneur who famously defended O.J. Simpson and his net worth was an estimated $30 million.
Nevertheless, Kim is ranked 24th on Forbes’ list of America’s richest self-made women.
Kim owns two businesses, KKW Beauty and Skims; although KKW Beauty has been sold In 2020, she sold 20% of KKW Beauty to Coty for $200 million, which valued the company at $1 billion.
However, at the time, Forbes estimated that Kim’s 72% share would actually have been worth around $500 million.

Kim saying "it's not easy when you're a Mom & you're exhausted at the end of the day or you're in school, & I'm all of the above" makes my blood boil. She's a fricken billionaire who has nannies to look after her kids, a personal assistant, a professional chef to cook all the meals, a maid to clean her house, a yard maintenance crew, people that do her grocery shopping, a personal stylist, a professional makeup artist & hair stylist etc. Also she has connections & money to have hired top lawyers to help her with law school. Remember on kuwtk at the start of covid, she had no staff for a little bit due to quarantine, & Kanye having covid. She had to look after her kids 24/7 with no help & she was struggling. Yeah Kim that's what it's like for 95% of families ALL THE TIME.

I gotta admit, I’m kinda loving how this interviewer slowly called her out without her knowing. Good job interviewer, lol. They began with questions like “what do you think I should get done?” And Kim feel right into the trap wanting to be a know-it-all by telling the interviewer what they should get done and even telling more by showing all she knows about procedures and how she knows those things by the notes she’s taken from many doctors, effectively showing how much she has seen doctors. And then later the interviewer asks her about what work she has had done and then she backpeddles and acts like she hasn’t had anything done. I don’t think she realizes how much she just gave herself away by answering the first questions like she did but she was too busy wanting to be a know it all, and promote her future beauty consulting business. You can’t say your a know it all about something and then say you know nothing when it comes to yourself, lol. She just wants attention all-around, she wants attention for knowing it all about procedures but then wants that same attention for quote on quote “not having anything done”

I think that because they all look so fake that they will throw little procedures out here and there like Kylie’s lips … khloe nose… but it’s so so much more than that obviously. I think they are master manipulators and that’s how they calm their audience into thinking they havnt had much work done. Kylie and khloe both look like two different human beings from their original selves. Anyone who believes them is in denial.
I feel like they probably have a family pact: we don't tell the public anything unless there's no way around it. So they obviously had to for Kylie's lips and Khloe's nose. In guessing they tell each other it doesn't matter if they don't tell the public the truth. They don't think they owe it to the public. So yeah they lie, and they feel very justified in doing so since they were torn down in the past.
It’s not the “unrealistic” beauty standards that bug me but the fact that it’s obvious that she has done procedures all over her body and not admitting to it. We’re not stupid, Kim, we know what plastic surgery looks like.

I remember years ago her saying she did nothing to her but when all the sudden it went from normal to big just in certain areas. The body doesn’t work like that. You gain weight the fat distributes evenly… unless you already had fat cells removed or you put fat in areas and removed from others. Also it looked more like an implant then. It’s the lies that bother me & now we have pre-teens & teens wanting to do this stuff instead of first seeing what they look like fully grown. Lastly I think Kim looked better before the nose job and everything!! She was more interesting looking!!

I truly believe the Kardashians have a "beauty center" in their home, maybe in a place they all share. We never see them going out of a doctor's office, or see them with even the smalles bruising. I don't think the doctors live in this beauty center, but they come and go whenever they schedule a new procedure. Like a chef that is there to cook you food. This is bizarre, to have someone right there to reshape your body whenever your body dysmorphia kicks in. Rich people have NO limits.

Kim's from a lawyer family and in training to be a lawyer herself. Her wording is so precise that she would have no problems defending herself if she was ever taken to court, but also vague enough not to raise any red flags for people who aren't that interested in these topics. She knows that if she took beauty procedures off the list of things to talk about, she'd: a) lose most of her interviews, b) look hella sus.

Lorry never mentioned it, but i am 100% positive that Kim also had 2 of her lower ribs removed (on each side) in order to get her hourglass figure. I would really want Lorry to do a video on this. You can clearly see it, the indentation from her wide ribcage to a very concave waist, and before her pregnancies you can clearly see that her torso was much wider, because her bone structure in general is wide. Also her ribcage is long, because her torso is longer than her legs, but now you can see that her ribcage is shorter than it used to be. Rib removal is a very common thing in the plastic surgery fanatics world. To me it is one of the most insane things a human can do to their body. Hope you can make a video adressing it Lorry. I 100% agree that she knew what she was doing in answering those questions. She totally took it as an opportunity to come off as some genetically elite person that just cares and works harder. Like you said who cares if you wanna get cosmetic surgery-but don’t treat us like idiots/peasants that are unworthy of hearing the truth.
These people are all the same - money gave them privilege but they want to scam us intellectually to appear as if they “deserve” this privilege. She grew her fame off of what we now know was a planned sex tape “leak” and cried on tv and all the way to the bank so why would she be honest about what she has done to her. body!! If you don’t know her mother was part of the pan to sell the sex tape hoping it would raise her fame like it did for Paris Hilton at the time and Ray J is no longer sitting back anymore and keeping quiet after the new scripted show story line implies that he sold more of a tape she didn’t know about and maybe did stuff to her she didn’t know about. He said he has kids now it’s enough.
She literally started off as a peasant so the fact that she’s acting and lying like this speaks volumes. Everyone wants to feel special I guess.

i still can't believe celebrities nowadays still denies such things. Having cosmetic surgeries in my opinion is normal it's okay to alter the parts of yourself that you do not favour and telling lies like this is just down right tiring.
Then they would be just like everyone else and then no reason to be a celebrity or a star or placed in front or above the masses as something to obtain. It’s part of their brand and marketing to never admit so they won’t be seen as just like everyone else because then why should you care about them if they’re just like the rest.
I don’t think it should be normalised. I am not against people doing it but I don’t think it’s normal to change your features. It’s a slippery slope and shouldn’t be done so casually.

Having People treating surgery and fillers as something so casual and normalized is dangerous because it gets people to ignore the risks and very common mistakes being done, its something that is seen so so often (example, girls walking around unknowingly with filler lumps in their lips). Its truly crazy how normalized it is just like you said, to change ones apperance often, drastically and permanently.
People have always painted Kim as being vapid, greedy, and narcissistic and I used to think it was an unfair caricature type of assessment but as time goes on she makes it hard not to see. Everything she does is a calculated move in order to gain something or to convince others that she’s superior in some way. She definitely wanted those questions asked.
And I appreciate these videos because even though you know it’s all smoke in mirrors, the media force feeds it to you constantly, so it still affects your psyche at times. Lorry is always giving me a nice reminder that there’s no need for comparison. ❤️

I think it‘s all about the wording. For example, they would say, „I didn‘t have surgery“ and people think that this means, there was nothing done.
But they might have had inejctions or other types of treatment. So she technically isn‘t lying, but is making people believe certain things.

Not saying she doesn’t use extensions but.. she’s always had thick dark eyelashes probably from her dad’s side. And her lips have always been “full” ( she prob did get fat put in her lips tho but it’s not as drastic ) just observations.
I'm not rich and even I have had fake lashes for special events. I would understand lying about your thousands of dollars of work but lying about some lashes everyone and their grandma can get? And fake lashes have been around and affordable since the 60s (probably ealier!) What's next, she's going to proclaim she never gets hair cut? It naturally grows to whatever length she wishes?

It almost sounded as if Kim is implying that she’s a natural beauty and has the right to judge people’s appearances. And yet, people will throw their money at this woman and all of her classist takes, never being able to afford the procedures that make her above the 90% of people she thinks doesn’t care about their appearance. Who is she selling her makeup and skincare to then? People from every income level pour money into a billion dollar industry that promise to make us beautiful if we just keep trying their products. It’s also an interesting take considering how she adamantly absolves herself from the role she plays in people chasing the Kardashian beauty standard. She doesn’t lack self awareness, she’s just an elitist who doesn’t care.

Kim knew what she was doing. The person who wrote the article interviewing her wouldn’t be allowed to actually ask about plastic surgery, so she asked only what was approved by Kim. Which were ways for her to go around saying she had something done. We are not blind Kim. Everyone knows you have a new face. And body. It’s ok. If I had your money I would probably get plastic surgery too. I would have so much more respect for her if she would just come out and say “yes, I’ve had plastic surgery” and leave it like that. As someone who’s worked in plastics with the top surgeons in Beverly Hills the last 7 years as a MA..let me tell you everyone has had everything done. Supermodels, actresses, influencers…it’s so sad seeing them not be transparent. The amount of home calls we’ve done - especially during quarantine - so they can maintain their looks. I wish they’d realize the damage it has caused. I applaud those who post and share that way no woman (or man) has unrealistic expectations.

Exactly! To pretend as if it is all "natural" and the genetics lottery is so deceiving, especially if you are in the public eye. I mean look at Dolly Parton, she admits to it all, it doesn't take away from her beauty, it just add to it with her honesty. The Kardashians seem to be believing their own hype. As if we cannot SEE with out own eyes the changes over the years. I think everyone who chooses to get cosmetic procedures done should take a hard look at Dolly Parton and follow her lead. Whenever asked, she’s very transparent about being “nipped, sucked + tucked” without giving any actual medical details of her procedures and then shuts down any rude follow up questions with style and grace.

Wow, thank you for being so candid about your own procedures and complications- it's why so many of us love your channel, and I hope your healing keeps progressing 💗 I'm so glad Dr Guyuron helped you, and you look amazing!! I had my rhinoplasty aaages ago - the first big thing I saved for after I started work (that and paying off student loans - something Kimmy has been blessed to never consider).
Anyway, I had actually read about Dr Guyuron extensively in the mid aughts and he was already *very* well known for super tricky revisions. I read about my Dr choices for what felt like ages while I saved. it's like you'd hear about the Beverly Hills guys, say Kanodia (Halle?? maybe early Kardashian - I have to watch your vids lol) and then a couple low key revision masters in the Midwest like your Dr.
All that said, thank you again for your work!! I'm a young breast cancer survivor going through a revision (lift, lipo, fat grafting and finally the nipple reconstruction), and seeing someone else deal with graft failure makes me feel less alone. Today I find out if the right nipple "took," but the color isn't great. 😑 As my "survival reward," I did some subtle fillers along with my usual botox and grabbed some new makeup to play with while i lie around endlessly. Just own these procedures, medical or not!! Kim is doing everyone, especially younger, more impressionable people a huge disservice with this ridiculous, almost laughable LIE 🙄

Everything Kim says and does is done for a reason. She wants to remain in the spotlight. As long as she is still getting attention whether it be negative or positive the money will keep flowing and she will remain famous. The problem is eventually like every other celebrity, you can’t stay at the top forever just like you can’t look young forever. It’s not possible. I don’t think she will ever admit to her surgeries and I don’t doubt those do happen in her home.
YES this 100%. This type of video is exactly what she wants. People talking about whether she is lying or not. It's not that profitable or interesting if she's honest because then the conversation ends. The one true thing she said was that she cares more than 90% of people on the planet about her appearance, which btw is not a good thing, it's not flattering at all, but at least she admits that it's because this is all she thinks about that she looks this way. Most people have better things to think about at such a high degree.
I do think Kim K will stay in the spotlight well into her 60s just like her Mom.

@@makim4199 editing photos has existed for a bit longer than the internet. so has plastic surgery. i don't think it's a matter of "grr internet bad because fake." i think it's a matter of our collective horrifyingly bad mental healthcare system in america. everyone has low self esteem. they still would without the internet. that's not something you can fix by deleting an app. it's something you work through in therapy. having an internal locus of control about things like self esteem is very important to your mental health.
