- Tarawera Ultramarathon, my first race of 2019. A beautiful course in the forests of Rotorua, New Zealand made for an epic race. After a hard fought 102km I crossed the line in 3rd place. Here's how the race unfolded.

At my current state I can only wish to run an ultra marathon but someday I'll surely will. You are a great inspiration Harry.
Hey Harry! Glad you enjoyed NZ! You’ll have to do the Ring of Fire race as well!!
Wow absolutely brilliant recap, once again proving that you are so good at managing your races and another superb result! So excited to see what you can achieve in 2019!!
Another great video Harry...and congrats on the result! I ran the 100km too and it was nice to say hi to you briefly after the opening ceremony...keep up the good work and results!
Cheers Harry! Congrats! I ran this race too! Saw you warming up also. Super stoked you got podium. It was very cool for me to be running along side my CZcams coach/inspiration. Thanks
Congratulations Harry👏👏👏
Congrats on the race and thanks for amazing footage! Interesting to hear about the dehydration issues!
Cheers for this wonderful showcase of Rotorua! So glad to see you enjoyed the powhiri (Māori welcome) by the tangata whenua (people of the land). I'm hoping to run this race one day!
Awesome achievement Inspiring race in a beautiful paradise .Maori war dance👌
This race became more popular if we consider the line-up of runners ! The footage in part 1 is amazing ! Good luck in the next race
Amazing Harry, congratulations on running a smart race and overcoming the course challenges to get to the podium! Also, really nice job on the recap. Thanks for giving us an opportunity to share in the experience and for all the positivity you imbue.
You've helped inspire me into running, trail and hopefully ultras. Tawawera 20k this year was my first trail race. And it was great to be there to see you finish!
This video was a great breakdown, I struggled with dehydration pretty bad at Ultra Pirineu, physically and mentally great, but failed on hydration.
Great video! Thanks man!
Awesome inspirational recap! Thx for your genuine & honest sharing! Red pee was quite scary which I experienced before! Sometimes we need to red-line ourselves in order to pursuit our goal! Great fight & courage! Looking forward to see more about your journey ahead!!
Amazing performance, yet again! A bit scary with the hydration issues at the end! 😳 Glad you recovered well!
Such an inspiration for my races, thanks for sharing, hope you will keep it up !
Always like your positivity Harry. Top effort and great work ethic
Great result, so good you were able to run your own race and get such a good result.

So cool, Harry - it was an awesome race!
Congrats Harry!! Podium!!
awesome Harry, nice work! love your positive attitude. Yes Western States! but it would take extra travel to get a golden ticket. many many great ultras here in the western US where most trails are horse trails (smooth and not technical)
Love your videos! Thank you!!
Again, congrats on a phenomenal finish! Would love to see you competing in the U.S.A.! 😀
Thanks for sharing this! Wonderful and inspirational story. Also you have beautiful eyes
Well done mate! Awesome!
New Zealand seems like beautiful country, but I guess it's too far for me to travail. Well done on 3rd place.
Awesome running!
Awesome stuff brother! Yew !
Amazing! Congrats :)
Grande!
Good onya mate!
Can anyone tell me a way to get rid of pain in my lower shin leg(I hope that's the right wording for it ;D)? My body is very out of shape but a week ago I started running every day and the outer front side of my lower leg hurts very quickly when I start running. I have no stamina at all but I'm sure that will fix on it's own in a fewdays/weeks if I keep running every day.
100 🙂💪
Grats Harry - heading back to Chiang Mai this year?
