Thank you my good man. Yes, I cam up with that a few years ago while teaching a big group that was practicing new drills too fast and needed to make them realize their mistake. Been saying ever since and it seems to make many people slow dow as they learn new skills.

Coach, you are the best! I had my first day at the speedbag on October 1st after having watched your 1st speedbag video and practiced the moves in the air at home. Great results. I've been increasing my speed over the weeks. I'm practicing this trick at home now before I go back to the gym. You break it down so perfectly. Even I can do it!

Thanks for the tips about the wrists. Glad I watched this. I actually learned the technique in your 3rd video early on and never learned this technique. I'm going to start working on this after thanksgiving. So many other videos the instructors use their wrist.

Thank you for explaining it so well. Only my right wrist curls up (snake hit) but watching this tutorial I now know not to do that. I also learned to keep the hands by the face and shoulders back and ready. What’s your stance? Can’t wait to practice tomorrow.

dannyg718 yes it is Valor rig but the platform is 4 layers of wood custom made for my gym.

I've been trying my hardest. I can't seem to get the rhythm. I keep hitting the bottom.
I under stand your frustration. I think the bag might be set too high for you. Try to lower it but if you can't then try to put some sort of a step under your feet in order to reach higher. Let me know if that works for you.
Why does my speed bag seem to move slower then the one you're using? Almost like its heavier.
It all depends on the speed bag, the platform, the swivel, the age of your speed bag and how hard you hit. The one I use in the video is very seasoned so it rebounds faster. Also my platform is 4 layers of Oak and on top of it an 80 pounds bag of sand to eliminated vibrations. If you send me a video or a photo of your speed bag I might be able to recommend some things.
