Qluaker City String Band is one of the best groups I have heard of. Captain Jimmy is fantastically wonderful, his smile is very contagious along with being handsome. Maybe the guy with the whistle should be carrying one of those large 'batons' as seen in other bands. Nice to listen to. THX.
Sometimes when you are marching in step with everyone else, avoiding people on the side, reading your music and avoiding horse poop on the road you can miss the bandmaster’s staff. The whistle will get your attention.
