I made these last night for the first time and love them! The only issue I had was the very edges had a few areas that didn't completely cover with chocolate. Not sure what I did wrong.
Like on the sides? If so it sounds like air bubbles got trapped, two things : make sure the chocolate is thin enough to come up over ALL the sides and then tap out the air bubbles!

That's my problem. My chocolate is so thick that it ain't come up the sides and top. I'm using Wiltons Melts. What should i use? Thanks@@bentycakes7
