    Absolutely amazing I was trying to find a part two would love to see how you dip cake sickles how long do they stay good for in the freezer and what is there a shelflife after and also after you did the initial freeze so you can stack them in the containers did you put them back in the freezer? thank you so much for your absolutely amazing tutorials

    How long do you store them to maintain their taste and flavor integrity when selling them? For example would you sell cake pops that you've stored for 1 month, 2 months etc in the freezer?

      To thaw them out all you need to do is take out the number of cake pops you would like to decorate and then leave them in a container sealed for about 30 minutes. Then you're good to go!

    Question: I should always freeze cakesicles prior to dipping into chocolate, right? How about once frozen and removing out the freezer, do I let them sit prior to dipping?

    Yes! The pressure applied while forming a cakepop is an acquired skill!!!
    Could you explain what you mean when you say stock order for your at home bakery? Does that mean you have some made and ready to pick up anytime?

      Yes! For example, for macarons, that month I may only have a few select flavours ready on the go for pickup and it would be slightly cheaper since it's the flavour available for that month that I don't have to make custom.

      In the fridge for about a week depending on what type of frosting/ganache you used.

    How do you prevent the ball shaped ones from breaking / cracking apart when you do try to put the stick in ? Especially since they are rolled so nice tight they look great now..

      I have a trick that I will show you in a follow up video! It also depends on the original mixture. If it’s solid, but moist the stick will pierce through AND stick size matters!!

    Sugar cookie question: do you think you will make a video with your royal icing recipe? Also, do you have to let your outline dry first before flooding your cookie? Thank you so so much🥰

      Hope you don't mind me answering. Don't let it dry. You want the flooding to blend with the outline. I sometimes use flood consistency to outline, if using too many colours to make med & flood of each, and let the outline sit for 30 seconds to firm a bit before flooding. Creates a nice barrier. Hope this helps.

      So the cake pops won't ever really go 'bad', you'll most likely have to look out or crystallization and freezer burn. I wouldn't freeze it with the chocolate on it because when the cake expands and contracts it can cause breakage in the chocolate.

    Ah cake pops- my idea of hell lol -used to offer them early on in business, not anymore so time consuming and people were not willing to pay for the price they were worth 💜💜

      You have to make sure to use a lower quality butter ( the expensive butter has a deeper gold color so make sure to use the cheap kind that’s lighter in color) you also have to make sure to whip it for longer🥰🥰

      The butter makes the smbc slightly yellow so you can add a bit of violet colouring and it will become more white!

      If they’re outside, they can easily be left for 2-3 days. I keep my in the fridge for a week and I’m totally fine once fully decorated.

    omg... thats why when I use buttercream for my cake pops, oil always show up out of no where!! thank you for the helpful video love! would you recommend baking the cake two days prior to making the cake pops so the cake is nice and dry?

      Definitely though if you use fresh cake, you'll just notice you have to use less filling!

      I’ve done up to 3 months no problem, but you could probably even go longer since it’s not fresh cream or anything in these

      I wouldn't only because the expanding and contracting of the cake causes the chocolate to crack or sweat. Happy baking! :)

    Are you using a normal size Icecream scoop leveled off before you roll into balls.. Or are you using a minnie scoop?

      I would say you're still good to go at about the 3 month mark if you've placed them in the container properly :)

    Do u use fresh(warm) cake?
    How long can u store them if you mix in ganache?
    Would dark chocolate ganache work the same as white chocolate ganache?
    How much would u recommend mixing in?
    And last question lol☺️....
    How do u defrost them?

      I always use OLD cake. I find it a little easier to work with and actually mix in flavours. In the freezer it will last up to 3 months. White chocolate will work just as well and in a future video I’m going to show you how to properly dip frozen ones! 💕

      @@tessherbert7969 I always use vegetable oil in my cakes! I honestly can’t remember where I got my vanilla cake recipe from, but my chocolate cake is from glorious treats!

      Because it’s such compounded cake mixed in with the buttercream I really don’t notice any difference in the flavour or texture. 💕🥰

      Only if you dip it from frozen! Let it rest in the fridge for a bit before dipping

      It depends on when you're going to decorate them, but they can be frozen for up to 3 months with no issues or compromise in taste :)

    I have only one negative critic to your videos, your voice in the beginning and throughout the video is awfully sqeeky and loud. Maybe time to invest on a better mic?
