Hi! Todays video is all about how to make and freeze your cake pops and cakesicles. This is really helpful if you're short on time or like to always have a dessert on hand.

Thanks for the tips! When you pull them out of the freezer to dip/decorate, do you thaw them in the fridge first or just on the counter until they’re room temperature?

Personally I don't because as the cake comes to room temperature, the chocolate has much higher risk of cracking!
If you try, I'd suggest dipping them in candy melts instead of chocolate. And move them from the freezer to the refrigerator, then to room temperature 😊
