My Secret Chocolate Cake Recipe!
You asked for it so here it is. I started my 15 year cake business with this recipe!
I wanted a cake that would stack, stay moist and taste DELICIOUS and after lots of trial and error this has been my tried and true method.
Here’s the recipe below:
1 pound butter melted
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
6 cups of white sugar
13 eggs
2 TBL real vanilla
1 chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
6 cups flour
1 TBL salt
1 TBL baking powder
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Watch the video to get a walk through of how to make the batter.
Bake at 350 till cooked completely through. You can make cake rounds, cupcakes and even CakePucks!

Looking for something a little less sweet? Instead of adding frosting you can mix your hot cake and it will bind together! This method is faster because you don’t have to let you cake cool you skip adding the buttercream. Personally I love both ways , with or without frosting. Which would you choose?? Oh this is on point. I do this all the time. But I let the instant pudding "bloom" in a bit of milk first. It's also good in puff pastry cups.

Definitely dip them in milk chocolate, or white chocolate wonder what that would taste like.
So I put the frozen cake in the chocolate and like I said the benty molds need to be smaller or the bigger one bigger it always misses the sides. And are they always cracking because it is frozen cake going into the chocolate and the chocolate did come up all the way around

When you add frozen puck into the chocolate and it starts to defrost does the cake now get all went inside chocolate. Usually you move from freezer to fridge to defrost.
