None of the electricity harms you, the alien parasites do close to no damage and can be easily evaded, the radiation has been neutralized, and so have the fires. So actually it was completely safe. Sorry I ruined your story :P
I think the scariest thing about the 'blue' leviathans is that... those are juveniles. They're babies still. The adults? In the dead zone, feeding on microscopic life. Go too far into the dead zone and... well... you'll quickly find yourself face-to-face with one, or even several.

I'm glad you went to the Jelly Shroom Caves for magnetite and not the Mountains. When I went to the Mountains, a Reaper Leviathan showed up right in front of me and chased me out of the entire biome. This Reaper has now caused a life long beef between me and every single one on the map (I am still killing them to this day).
for the time capsule thing, people tend to put their gear or other things and they just by chance spawn to other players which i like because its like just an interconnected multiverse of survivors some of which may or may not be part fish edit, also build thermal reactors if close to your base, the right temps will give like high/ decently fast energy

Holy shit he finally found the Lost freaking River!!!!11!!!!11!! When I first found it, I just stood there looking at the screen with my mouth open because of how awesome the Lost River is. When I inevitably play Subnautica again, my next base is 100% going to be there. Oh, I will give you one tip with no spoilers about the Lost River: you will eventually find a certain tablet in a certain place that can be used to access a certain location in the Lost River. There you will find something that you will 100% love. I will not elaborate further.
And if someone elaborates before he finds it, that person will be nuked under authority of: The 05 Council, The V.INC Board of Directors, and The United Nations
The location of the storage locker on your seamoth corresponds with where the upgrade is in the upgrade menu. Bottom is on the sides with the upgrades, top is on the corners with the cabin. Along with left and right changing the side its on.

If you were in the EU, I'd recommend following up with your state's relevant authority with regards to the false copyright claims; under recent EU law (Data Services Act et al) CZcams has a legal obligation to actually moderate their service in a way that protects their users (read: you), and they're clearly not doing that properly.

Hades had a section of their title/opening intro used in a song, meaning every single new run of Hades is now copyright claimed by the producers of that music. Music artists, who try to make freeware music, or just their own music, get copyright claimed, ON THEIR OWN CONTENT, by third parties, sometimes before they can even get a copyright setup themselves. I'm with you, it's infuriating, and copyrights shouldn't be allowed to exist in this manner..

the time capsules are built and left by other players. they can leave items, photos, and messages in there. for a blind playthrough i would personally recommend avoiding them, as some can contain spoilers via photos of places you haven't reached etc, or even leave items you wouldn't have been able to obtain yet.
I bought this game because of you and have been enjoying it a lot! I originally didn't buy it because I'm afraid of stuff that lives in water and I don't tend to love survival games, but the series gave me an itch to try it and I'm glad I did.

i like to think that this character is the same one as From the Fog, but this is a prequel. hoping beyond hope that he would survive, he named his seamoths Liberty and Perseverance. after escaping, he becomes a famed nautical explorer. on one expedition of an Earth-like planet, his vessel crashes and FtF begins.
Fun and absolutely TERRIFYING fact: There's a mod that adds the Gargantuan Leviathan that you found in that cave, as it is depicted in concept art. With Baby, Juvenile and Adult versions. *TO SCALE.*
I don't know if it was the same company causing the music claim troubles, but I do remember undertale and deltarune music having that trouble in the past with a third party claiming rights on youtube videos before. Perfectly understandable to be frustrated with that.

Also, I've said it once and I'll say it again. Time capsules are an online feature, you are required to pack a time capsule before ending the game, and it will probably end up on some one else's save. The game will sync time capsules from the cloud when online and delete them from the cloud once collected. But only one capsule will spawn at a time in each save, however, they will never be that hard to find as they will only appear on the surface in certain areas.

From the fog got me back into Minecraft and I played with the from the fog pack, I started playing voices of the void again because of your videos, and I’m playing subnautica for the second time because of this series. I so hope you play Subnautica Below Zero after this! It's got much more of a storyline and some really intriguing and awesome characters, but still a lot of the good ol' survival and exploration as well. Definitely worth a go :)
I'm really enjoying these episodes of deep sea exploration, this is one of my favourite games. I would hope someday you could play a game called "Jusant", I'd imagine it'll be a cool adventure for you and us all to follow. Can't wait for the next episode.
The game really is cool in that it lets you explore at your own pace. Ha, I nearly finished the game before discovering how to build the largest ship! Getting the prawn suit and playing spiderman deep down is super fun!
Small suggestion - it can be easier to farm the melons with the smaller flowerpots instead of the actual grow-beds. 2x2 makes it easier to reach all of them, while 4x4 can make it difficult to access the melons in the center.
most likely, the heavy pools in the bone zone are brine pools, which exist in real life. it's concentrated pools of extremely salty water that is actually toxic to most fish, and can very easily kill small aquatic life that swims into it.
i find it funny how a few of the personell onboard the aurora have broad yorkshire accents. the white rose survives into the future of space travel. my beloved space county

The position of storage on your sea moth is dependent on which upgrade slot you put your storage module in. It is possible to have more than one storage department
I think this is one of those cases where it's worth disputing the copyright claims. It's clearly spurious, and you can preove that by linking to the devs own statement. I think it's worth a try.
Nah, youtube's copyright and dmca system is so messed up that if it doesn't just auto reject, it leaves the final decision up to the person that claims the content. This means you're trying to appeal to the copyright holder (or, in this case, the troll) and not youtube or any legal body. All the troll has to do is say "nuh uh" and they get to keep all your ad revenue.
ive also had the copyright thing but with a gmod map and just walking on grass, if they've no true claim to it you can dispute and after a set time if the review isn't checked it'll just go away, they usually back down when you point out said music wasn't theirs or the og owner has allowed it edit, the one that claimed on my video cus i pointed out that it wasn't their whatever music i cant remember it was literally stepping on grass dunno how it'd go if its a massive company
37:15 I forget what it is in-game but it's based on brine pools irl! They're areas of extremely salty water that cause most fish to go into toxic shock. They're usually lined with the remains of animals who couldn't get out in time. 44:30 these are also based on real things! Can't remember the name but there's a type of single-celled organism that's like 5 inches across
I didnt watch the full video yet, but Time Capsules are stuff other players send when they finish the game. And it sends them into another player’s game Fun fact: the dead leviathan had blunt damage to her head because she tried to get her egg back from the aliens. That’s truly sad.
Heads up, if the company is registered in the U.S. you could file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they’ll at least look into it, which is better than CZcams.
It is really annoying to hear that the amazing soundtrack is going to have to be muted. It's also very annoying to know that this website is filled with such stupid policies that you can just get away with false claiming music that you do not own. Also Librarian if you're reading this, the Stasis rifle can be used on *anything*. For leviathans you need to hit their heads because thats where their collision is located.

most resources don't respawn. Fish do after a long time, so be careful not to overhunt, minerals can be found via sea treader and reef backs. And plants can either be farmed beforehand or found on reefbacks. For more rare minerals like uranium and ruby, I am not sure if there is any renewable source.
Man... it sucks that you have to deal with CZcams's sorry excuse for a copyright system and that people can get away with this. At least the games atmosphere is already superb...

13:46 the scanner room is great but only shows the list of resources that were actually loaded by you going near at least one recently since booting the game. This means the list is empty every time you start up the game and it only populates once you load in a resource of that kind. Pretty buggy but easy enough to work around.

From the fog got me back into Minecraft and I played with the from the fog pack, I started playing voices of the void again because of your videos, and I’m playing subnautica for the second time because of this series. I so hope you play Subnautica Below Zero after this! It's got much more of a storyline and some really intriguing and awesome characters, but still a lot of the good ol' survival and exploration as well. Definitely worth a go :)

I'm really enjoying these episodes of deep sea exploration, this is one of my favourite games. I would hope someday you could play a game called "Jusant", I'd imagine it'll be a cool adventure for you and us all to follow. Can't wait for the next episode.

Small suggestion - it can be easier to farm the melons with the smaller flowerpots instead of the actual grow-beds. 2x2 makes it easier to reach all of them, while 4x4 can make it difficult to access the melons in the center.

most likely, the heavy pools in the bone zone are brine pools, which exist in real life. it's concentrated pools of extremely salty water that is actually toxic to most fish, and can very easily kill small aquatic life that swims into it.

I think this is one of those cases where it's worth disputing the copyright claims. It's clearly spurious, and you can preove that by linking to the devs own statement. I think it's worth a try.
Nah, youtube's copyright and dmca system is so messed up that if it doesn't just auto reject, it leaves the final decision up to the person that claims the content. This means you're trying to appeal to the copyright holder (or, in this case, the troll) and not youtube or any legal body. All the troll has to do is say "nuh uh" and they get to keep all your ad revenue.

ive also had the copyright thing but with a gmod map and just walking on grass, if they've no true claim to it you can dispute and after a set time if the review isn't checked it'll just go away, they usually back down when you point out said music wasn't theirs or the og owner has allowed it
edit, the one that claimed on my video cus i pointed out that it wasn't their whatever music i cant remember it was literally stepping on grass dunno how it'd go if its a massive company

37:15 I forget what it is in-game but it's based on brine pools irl! They're areas of extremely salty water that cause most fish to go into toxic shock. They're usually lined with the remains of animals who couldn't get out in time.

most resources don't respawn. Fish do after a long time, so be careful not to overhunt, minerals can be found via sea treader and reef backs. And plants can either be farmed beforehand or found on reefbacks. For more rare minerals like uranium and ruby, I am not sure if there is any renewable source.
Man... it sucks that you have to deal with CZcams's sorry excuse for a copyright system and that people can get away with this. At least the games atmosphere is already superb...
The speech you gave regarding the claim felt frustrating, I mean that sounds like a literal theft. I find it funny that CZcams is surprised that its user-base is hostile toward the platform. Hopefully the scammers won't get any more of your revenue.

13:46 the scanner room is great but only shows the list of resources that were actually loaded by you going near at least one recently since booting the game. This means the list is empty every time you start up the game and it only populates once you load in a resource of that kind. Pretty buggy but easy enough to work around.
