- Commander's Palace in New Orleans' Garden District is a Big Easy icon. Built in 1893, the restaurant has become a must-see for any visit to New Orleans for its incredible energy, amazing food (Emeril was once the chef!), and storied history.

Best meal I ever had in my life was here in 2002........ Amazing.
What was it?
It truly is a special experience. They are friendly, down to earth, professional. This is my favorite restaurant on the the planet.
It's not only beautiful it's an experience to behold at least once.
This is my favorite restaurant in New Orleans..
When CP was in Vegas at the Alladin, it was hands down the best place on the planet. Chef Carlos was there at the time.
It was off the chart ! How could they not mention him in this video ?
I’ve been to several of the world’s most highly regarded restaurants. France, Italy, Spain and many right here in the United States. Thought I had seen it all and couldn’t be impressed beyond what I experienced to that point. Then I went to Commander’s Palace. It remains to this day the best dining experience I’ve ever had. They’re a cut above any other place I’ve ever been. IMHO, CP is the finest restaurant in the world.
Galatoire’s?
My dad was Navy, and he loved Commander’s because the pianist played “Anchors Away” when he walked in.
@@annbush1826 I’ve been to Galatoire, great place.
The best meal I have ever had. The turtle soup. WOW!!!
Scott Duyser I’ve had it myself-rich and luscious.
I love the style and design of the restaurant 🥰
Another reason 2 love N.O. With southern charm.
Every trip to NOLA must include dinner at Commander's.
And their saucier! The BEST béarnaise sauce I have ever had! I could just drink that stuff!
I will be here for my 45th birthday
I ordered the seafood gumbo and turtle soup from commanders. ( goldbelys) 89.99 bucks plus 30 bucks to ship. Received it yesterday. Will try it today. . very small amount they sent. . sooo? Hope it's great for that price.
Did they show anything on the menu?
Could never afford eating here.
Dont say that..if course you can.
I totally agree with Southern Soul.
Dreamland, not so much.
Brian Navalinsky this place is amazing. They have the best food in the world. Their service is amazing, friendly and attentive. Their Wagyu beef was the greatest thing on earth.
They are only friendly to customers who pay 💰 💰 💰 to come to there restaurant outside of that they are rude and mean to employees and others in the service industry outside of the restaurant.
You’re thinking of the wrong restaurant
@@paleo704 Naw fool I got the right one
