Hello everyone! I don't know about you, but I've been OBSESSED with the boho decor trend on Instagram and CZcams. I love the vibes! I created this rug using ALL Dollar Tree products for under $10! It's also a great way to use up any leftover scraps of rope you may have laying around!

I know right!!! You could even hang it on a wall and then add colorful yarn strands hanging down from the entrie straight part and maybe add a couple wooden beads here and there.

Soooo, I followed your tutorial. I was in absolute love with the end result. Loved loved my rug! So did my cats. Do you hear my heavy sigh? My beautiful gorgeous stunning masterpiece was turned into my cat's favorite item to sharpen their claws on. *Insert heavier sigh here*. On the upside I'd long battled with them not to sharpen their claws on my upholstered furniture. They've lost all interest in my furniture now. To note: It's holding up beautifully as their new claw sharpening station.

Your idea of using the Dollar Tree rug underneath was our genius!! I have been trying to figure out how to weave a rug, but wasn’t wanting to create a rug loom.

I made a complete round one for my RV and really enjoyed it.. I also sprayed it with Scotch Guard. Please continue to do Boho crafts.

It definitely looks great, and such a simple method! Of course sewing it together would help it last longer, but if you've got no time (or it's a low traffic area) hot glue's better than nothing.

If you brush out the fringe with the a metal dog brush or fine tooth comb, it looks REALLY good! I love this style rug I have just the rug base to use to recreate it...
