I have a a couple of puppies I recently rescued from the side of the road. They are about 5 months old now. One smiles showing teeth. Crazy!!!

This is the first time I have commented: you do an amazing job of making a house a home. When my 22 year old had a baby with his wife, then another, they lived with me for about 4 years. He was able to save enough $ to buy a manufactured home, and I was/am so proud of him. The people he works with bully him about living in a trailer, but he is debt free, he has provided, and there's no shame in a trailer. You show that you can elevate ANY home with care and effort, and what you have done is so much more meaningful and attractive than the cookie cutter, overpriced McMansions I see everywhere. I just wish you were my neighbor to help me!!
Also, your complexion is Peaches ad Cream lovely. You are beautiful, inside and out, and unlike myself in the humidity, you do not look like you need life support (though you probably feel like it).

I have thought the same thing many times, looking at that door. However, Stephanie can still frame the top half of the door (above the bead board). It would really add a lot of character to the space.

They make wallpaper these days that renters can use. They are easily removed. Try to find a pattern you like and use those renter friendly wallpapers. That way when you get tired of it you wont have such a mess to take down. Love how your home is becoming a little showplace with all the great choices you have made! Lovely home Stephanie. Stephanie the beadboard looks very nice. I have always liked that basket on the door also. I am a basket girl myself, have been for years! I really like the plates you put up to the wall, they were a pretty color, something different, and you could change them if you wanted to. I liked their beauty and uniqueness. The wall turned out so good. I would do the plates as I’ve never had much luck with wallpaper. Riley is so sweet and getting so big. Sophie is the cutest little girl. All of Chelsea children are so sweet, polite and well mannered. You are such a good aunt to them and I know they love spending time with you. Hope you have a very blessed week

You could get the wallpaper that is used in apartments, it’s easy to come off and put on and will not damage your paint. Try it and if you don’t like it take it down. It’s worth the try.
I love the plate you showed for the wall! It would be sorry pretty and fun with a few plates on the wall. 😊
I like the plates. You can always change them for the season or for a new look or colors!

That was a great tip about doing the top board first! If you find the right wallpaper, the plates will look terrific with it. Enjoy hunting for just the right one. Riley is a grade A dog. Ryan must be raising him right! They are not being a real dog unless they are RIGHT in the way. And he certainly was! Glad you got a girls day out with Sophie. She is very presh. She will be all grown up before we know it.

I love the beadboard. I used the beadboard wallpaper to achieve the same look and I do like it. I struggle putting anything permanent in our home. I think peel and stick wallpaper for that upper part near your pantry would look lovely. This way if you do not like it, it is not hard to remove and you could always put plates on it as well over the wallpaper depending on the pattern you choose. As always, you do such a good job with your home. I love your videos!!

I love vintage plates.....but maybe you could put the plates on the wallpaper? Just an idea.....the best of both worlds! After all, it's YOUR home!

It’s such a small area I think I would leave it as is but if you were to wallpaper the peel and stick would be an easy undo if you decided you didn’t like it or when you grow tired of it.
