So glad to hear that your mom is doing better and the hallway looks great! If you hang a full length mirror on your bedroom door. You would be amazed how much it will brighten your hall and make it look longer! I did that in a previous home and I just loved it!

Looks so good, great job! How about a strip light that’s battery operated and also motion activated so anytime you walk down the hallway it comes on. Just a thought. ❤
The hallway looks great! You could also add a couple of battery operated sconces on each side of the hallway for light if you don’t want a ceiling light. We need to paint the inside of our house and I really like that paint color. Have a great week and stay warm! It’s crazy cold in ohio!

I think what some people forget is that your brother probably has his own family a full-time job and he does what he can when he has a few spare hours and so for us widows and singles who do rely on fantastic family to help us out do so with grace and are exceptionally grateful when they can help so for others this may e a weekend job but for us there's no time limit on when it gets done but we know it will be done and are grateful for our big brothers help god bless family it looks the bomb by the way love it 😂😂😂xxxxxxx

Buy you gadget for hanging your broom and mop and the Dollar Tree! Look in the lawn and garden section and buy the one you find there. It’s very sturdy and only $1.25.
I’ve had ours hung up by our washer and dryer for about 3 yrs now and it’s worked great!!

You have this beautiful trim down the hall and on your windows, why not add some nice substantial crown molding around your ceiling? That would make it look very finished and so cottage-like!! You have done such a great job on everything I have seen so far!! Glad that you have a special friend!

Your project turned out so nice!!! You achieved a very quaint and cozy cottage look that you will enjoy!!! We are definitely experiencing some very strange weather patterns, so we all need to be prepared for severe cold and some of us ice and snow. Praying for your mom as she continues to recover. January is my least favorite month of the year and thankfully it’s almost half over for this new year!!!
