Beautiful, controlled playing. Among the best.
My only criticism is that the pause between the marcia and the intermezzo was a tad too long and broke for me the continuity of the sonata. But that's so minute.

Not nearly as impressive as some of his Chopin performances, especially the Third Sonata. He's too mannered in this piece. Beethoven needs a much steadier rhythmic control in the second movement and Finale.
