Mozart is great, and also Blechacz's playing is great.
I really loved Blechacz interpretation of this sublime Mozart Sonata. It felt, as through the piano he was telling a fascinating story, I could not but listen in awe.
Mozart's Best Sonata..This pianist brings it to Life!!
I think that it is the best interpretation out there: crisp, nuanced, every note has its own character.
Superb!
I agree.
Every note live her own life😂
not the best but a very good one
You can feel some of Mozart's anger and joy in this music --very well performed
The andante cantabile is sublime!
Impeccable touch, dynamics and musicality. Hear him LIVE if ever you get the opportunity!!!
Sublime, Rafal to me you are the greatest pianist of the world, wishing you all the Best 4 the rest of your life. ❤️

He showed decisiveness. his passion in music. Fantastic. Wonderful
Love the choice of tempo for the first movement.
Perfect tempo
Enchanting interpretation
Wonderful!!!! Really enjoyed this!
Meravigliosa musica e meravigliosa interpretazione! Preziose perle.
I agree with you. Wonderful music, yeah?
Yeah 😊👏👍

Genialny Rafał Blechacz.
Best recording on youtube!
This is a very good and touching interpretation. It depicts all the sorrow of Mozart for the death of his belowed mother during his stay in Paris.Bravo!!
Wow! Thank you! 😊 You sure know a lot about Mozart!!! 🤣👏🏻🙏🏻🙃

Really shows Mozart’s original character.😊

Complimenti Rafal, ottima esecuzione e interpretazione dello spirito Mozartiano!
Bravo👌
Difficult to like anyone else after Dinu Lipatti in this work. And I like Blechacz a lot, mind you.
Listen to Richter's interpretation, it's very different than that of Dinu lipatti, but it's very poetic, more than any other interpretation.
thats what we say.. nevertheless lipatti is one of the greatest it begun to be a habit to mention his recordings always as the best interpretations of the pieces that he recorded and that is just overrating the things.. alone this sonata has so many different great approaches..some are going more for the big phrasings and some more for the details..its always a choice and each choice has its benefits.. the more you know about the art of interpretations, the more you will appreciate the specific benefits (and of course if you also want to see; the disadvantages) of a choice..there is and never will be the best interpretation of a piece
What an amazing artist Rafal Blechacz is. This is a very neat, crisp, technically superb performance, not extent of passion, though. Love it.
BRAVO BRAVO!!!
Divino ❤❤
Mozart indicated that this must be played "Allegro Maestoso". So why do they all rush? It's a grieving piece of music, written after the death of his mother in Salzburg, when he was away and feeling lonely in Paris.
I agree with you. I want to feel the melody and when it's presto is not possibile. Martha a.,barenboim, schnabel.. all play preesto
Wow 👏 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

composed 3 days after the death of his mother. You MUST be the best to achieve all of this.

Keep at it.
It will pay off in years to come.
Howdy sista, i'am just 2 years younger than you and, yah, it so tired to learn a piece that is about 20 or more pages but, hey, keep going, don't give up, cause you can do it.

For me There are 3 wonderful pianists : rafal , Seongjincho And lang lang i can't say Who is my favourite
Zimmerman, Yundi, Kissin, horowitz, Richter?
These are the ones who are popular today. I think that the three greatest Pianists who are alive today or who were in the last 70 years, are Grigory Sokolov, Dang Thai Son, and the legend himself: Vladimir Sonfrinitsky
and what about Trifonov and Wang?! I am an estimator of Rafal, he is undoubtedly one of my favourite ones because of his unbelievable clear and calm touch and his respectful way of playing...but you can't forget other incredible artists in top10 nowadays

no, è la ottava.
My only complaint is that the slow movement could have been slower and more expansive, with some breathing space - more introspective, and with sadness leading to anxiety and back to sadness. Mozart had just lost his beloved mother and was perhaps at the most tragic time of his life. He only wrote 2 sonatas in a minor - very significant! A slower tempo is crucial in achieving the foregoing temperament. Articulation is great though...
Most professionals seem to rush this movement like they want to get it over with and show off their dazzling technique again in the finale. This is a wonderful movement and sonata and it’s a joy to play.
it might be intentional considering mozart's nature

What do you think Mozart wrote this song about?
I heard people say it was a musical response to hearing of the death of his dear mum.
Can anyone tell me the fingering for 5:28 and 5:40
It’s not easy runs. It’s okay to sound your struggling when it calls for.

strange phrasing, sounds more to salon music than to deep felt Mozart, everything to arbitrarily, specially his ritardando are crazy. His Chopin is wonderful, also spezial. The very verby best K 310 played Dinu Lipatti. Pires e.g. delivers also a great perfomance. Sorry, to speak this so frankly.
How wrong spellings can get. Mozart in a-minor looks better than "in a minor"
Lowercase letters for minor keys are pretty widely used though.
@@FrostDirt i meant a-minor. Without the hyphen it looks wierd
A nice performance. Why do most pianists play the grace note in the opening phrase as if they were playing Chopin? This is Mozart and, as with Haydn and Beethoven, ornaments should be played ON the beat, not before it. Otherwise, it screws up the rhythm of the music and makes it sound dainty and trivial.
Movement 1: I don't hear any "maestoso." Too fast for my taste.
Movement 2: Nice, but again a shade too quick. A bit literal to be really "cantabile."
Movement 3: Lively and engaging, with no complaint about the tempo.
This is a talented young man, but I don't think he's quite grasped the shadows in Mozart. In time his interpretations will probably deepen.
