You should do a custom loop (blue coolant) and use the Ryzen 9 7950x3d and the 4090 and use the most amount of ram possible and liquid cool the gpu, cpu, ssd and ram. Good luck 👍
why the heck not, a320 motherboard, AMD Athlon CPU with stock cooler, GT1030, DDR4 2x4GB RAM, 256GB SSD, and maybe 400W PSU. Jokes aside, air cooling setup would work just fine. Maybe new Ryzen 9 7000 series, and RX7900XTX card is nice combo, 4TB SSD & 128GB DDR5 RAM. Heck yeah
The I/O stinks on that case bc it is really old. I built in that case in 2019. Not that exact make but there are many Chinese brands that take that chasis and stamp their own name on it
