I’ve just started rock painting and I’m having big trouble dotting, smudging, not making perfect circles. I’m getting really frustrated and on the verge of giving up before I’ve really started 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm so sorry you're struggling! I have a couple thoughts...try practicing on paper before moving to rocks so you can just get used to dotting (rocks can present the challenge of an uneven and sloped surface) one of the mistakes I made when I first started dotting was pressing the tool all the way to touch the rock with each dot. Load enough paint on the dotting tool so that you are dotting the paint but never touching the tool to the surface. Lastly, you may find that dots aren't your jam....there are so many other ways to paint rocks and maybe one of those will tickle your fancy more! Good luck! 😊
