Looks wonderful! I did a salad Nicoise on my channel with the Peruvian purple potatoes and instead of the blanched green beans I used some really lovely pickled asparagus spears. Fantastic salad for a light summer dinner!

I already made it in two separate occasions in one of which I boiled and then sautéed the potatoes giving them a sort of roasted flavor. (My husband objected claiming too many boiled vegetables ) that's why!!! 😂

Lovely food presentation. As for the intro for some reason I prefefer the other more. Seems to be more fast paced perhaps, easier on the eye teaser food shots with chef emotions showing how wonderful cooking really is. Thank you guys for helpinf me love my kitchen again. It had gotten tedious with tighter schedules and growing family. Laurita you are da bomb! Salt 'n Peppa, same here too funny.

This looks absolutely delicious ! My father is from Nice, and the best thing after a Salad Nicoise is to toss it in a bread and make "Pan Bagnat", which means Soaked bread ! :D Hmmhh, i eat it every summer ! The Salade Nicoise we make isn't exactly the same recipe as yours, but yours looks veeeery good as well ! Perfect summer dish !
