This book series is pretty interesting. Is it another tale of one of Rex Lapis' sojourns in a different form or something else? Reading this brought to mind about how texts in Sumeru suggest that one of the Moon Maiden sisters survived-- while the other two shattered into dust. Maybe the boy met her!

After listening to this, I feel like this story is a parable for the writers of Genshin's story and us...
Where in, they(the writers), are this mystic, nameless being with golden eyes. Slowly but kindly guiding us through the dark forest(the story). As we, the lost child, arrogantly proceed forwards in confidence. Believing our goal is in sight and close at hand.... Only for them to drop an ancient lore bomb and instantly humble us and our collective confidence in what we know is actually going on haha
