Great video. I live in the 55+ section and our HOA fees are 250 per month. In addition to the amenities that you mentioned and did not mention, this also includes weekly grass cutting, edging, fertilizing, weed and seed, aeration and mulching. We also have indoor and outdoor pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, game nights, dessert nights, weekly parties, cooking and various fitness classes. Not to mention various food trucks that come to the community Thursday - Sunday evenings. Then there are plenty of clubs such as whiskey, cigar, and wine clubs to name a few. We also have walking groups as well as day trip outings to various museums, and other historic landmarks. Furthermore, there were over 40 various builders in the community so each section’s homes are very unique to their respective community.

Hello I am interested in the Two Rivers community and curious about the traffic as it is one-way in and one-way out. Is it a nightmare getting out of there??
@@rashodbumpers854 No, we have never faced any nightmares entering or exiting our community. In fact, they’re supposed to open a second opening off of Myers Station Road which also leads to Conway.

I've been living in Maryland for years, and last week was the time I actually visited Odenton, and immediately I was hooked. Those neighborhoods adjoining Crofton are very nice. I regretted not checking out both Crofton and Odenton a chance when I was searching for a house a few years ago. But in the future, I'll definitely check them out...🤔

can the back yards be fenced in the single family homes?
