It was a good start, I liked the new Alaska setting & team dynamic. First X book I've read for couple of years, the Krakoa stuff kinda got dull after a while.
If i may ask how exactly were the X-Men lording over everyone in Krakoa? I know there were characters like magneto in that first house of x episode who was being super pompous for what should have been a very careful political moment but I've we for past those initial 10 comics and got into the normal X books i felt this were fairly standard stuff. Sure there were some political stuff but i think that was generally internal stuff, but it was mostly intra-krakoa politics from what i recall. I guess that first gala was a bit weird but thats still just those first 10 issues and the issues of the first gala. I'm curious what you're issue was?

I'm nervous about reading this one. I have not enjoyed an X-Men comic in years.
