Its incredible how far BJJ Instructionals have come. Gone are the days of 1 clip of a submission from 8 angles and a 30 second explanation haha. Amazing, amazing stuff from Abreu, worth every penny I paid to buy his dvd set.

Beautiful move for those strong guys you cannot omapolata that have already protected.Instead of wasting energy you just roll them into an armbar.There is a yin and yang to all moves.

what if the guy is strong and he posted up ... then he can easily pass the gaurd and goes to sidemount !
and when im going for the armbar ... when i stick my foot into the ground wouldnt it be easier for him to get up ?

This series is certainly the best thing I have seen in a long time. I will certainly be buying it... I just think he talks too much. It seems Brazilians are on the verbosity side too. Too much excitement about the positions, I guess. :-)
