I've rolled with him once for like 30 minutes, and hes just a beast. He so strong a technical is almost unreal. He showed me some really cool moves, and I just bought his DVD to reinforce what he taught me.

@riceme Its old school deep half.Jeff is pargon deep half guard.IDK If his instructor frangia is the guy behind it but they made it main stream that much is for sure.BTW I have this dvd. Did anyone notice this technique is not in it or am i just missing it.I have glovers too.Both are worth buying.Cyborg's shoulder guard is something else.

While I agree with those who have said that not all sport moves will work on the street, and vice versa, this WILL work. When someone manages to make you pull half guard, you're very vulnerable to strikes. I.e. you're going to get hit. However, what he does quickly puts him in positions where striking would be much more difficult for the guy on top. He keeps creating distance and putting the guy off balance... you can't strike like that!

I mean, you can't strike "well" like that. Watch any MMA match, the guy on bottom will get hit tons of times but take little to no damage because of positioning.

pay attention this is not muay thai i cant kick him strong...ahahahah for real :)),i new every single part of the move we did it last mart as part of helicopter sweep and some other sweeps i dont know the name off,works great!!
plus nobody in the street will know what to even do in a half guard plus this is for grappling only not even mma
