I don't know why I waited so long to do this?

- Upgrading tools is always nice, and this Onefinity CNC was no exception. In this video, I upgrade my OneFinity CNC to the Journeyman rail and gain a ton of space in the area I can cut.

I can't wait to see all the new projects you are able to do now with a larger x-axis!
Same! It really opens it up for a lot more!
Congrats, Bruce! A great machine even better now!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks so much! I’ve been using it already
Such a good upgrade. Wish I had the room for it in my shop.
Who knows what you would get into with the bigger one!
Perhaps you could look at a Mk. 2 of your cart table for it?
Upgrading the Woodworker to the Journeyman seems to be that upgrade that no one regrets. Unfortunately, nearly 18 months (a move of house and new job later) after receiving it, I still have not set the Woodworker up yet, but I need to finish the trolley based on Drew's plans so I can fit it in my shop. I can't wait to see what you have planned for the Journeyman. Take care. Rob M. New Zealand
Man, you need to get that done. Take it from me…I waited way too long to do this. That’ll be good to make that cart so you can store it well.
That looks awesome! I want to upgrade my CNC so badly and have looked at Onefinity machines a couple times.
You should check them out! Not sure why I never saw this.
Well that went pretty smoothly!
I have been loving this thing! I flattened the boys’ headboards on it after the upgrade.
I recently got the Elite Foreman with a 2.2kw water cooled pwnCNC spindle. It’s a beast! I’m kinda surprised they didn’t include a stiffy with your new x rail. I really like your idea of having the t tracks sticking out the front. I’m about to add t tracks and I’ll definitely do that.
Man, that’s a nice machine! I’m still liking the t-tracks how I have them setup so far.
Congrats on the upgrade. Ordering an X50 myself soon, I'm just undecided on the size. I'd love a journeyman, but my shop is 2/3rds of a single car garage so I'd really have to rearrange and remove a lot of things.
Still though, 32x48 would be an amazing work area...
Could you build some type of flip table like Drew did for his? Where you can stand it on end when not in use.
@@BruceAUlrich I thought about it, but it would still sacrifice a lot of space for storage. What I'm currently thinking is just make the table it sits on a bit taller so I can store my planner cart below it. I'm doing everything I can to squeeze a journeyman in there lol
what are the measurements of the top
Try a 2.2 kw water-cooled spindle, makes a big difference.
Especially in sound, right?
@@BruceAUlrich Sound and power.
Are those 36 inch lenghts of T- Track.
I believe so, because it is just wider than the cutable area of the machine.
My Elite is supposed to arrive three days from this comment......So bingeing Onefinity vids. Caught your channel from the @makerloungepodcast.
Sweet machine! And welcome!
