I feel like the ex Narc is getting a dose of Karma now because the person he chose to be with for the past 6 years is a female version of himself. She controls and treats him as harshly as he treated me. She keeps him on a very short leash. So all of the things he used to do and relish when he was with me,such as gambling, just taking off for a weekend without concern for anyone else's plans, and not having any restrictions on his activities or consequences for his behavior he isn't able to do any of them anymore. He has to have all phone conversations on speaker so she can hear and interject her opinion, he has to account for every penny spent, has to ask for(and is usually denied permission to go anywhere other than work(even to visit family) and has to check in and offer proof of where he is(such as visiting grandkids). I take satisfaction in knowing he's getting a dose of his own medicine.
I tuned in to hear about narcissist because i was definitely a victim, but hearing wat u said, that nobody can escape from wat they have done. Is a lesson im learning personally.
Their karma takes a long time but it comes when they age and have lost their looks.
It doesn't seem to be happening to my C narc sister - not that ever see or hear from her but from what I know she's not getting any bad Karma.
