After some time the strain on the lock causes it to bend. Some people also reported deformations of the trunk cover, caused by the forces it must withold with those springs, while it's closed. Give it a year or two.

  • @user-eu1rl9ol1f

I have a problem on the Alfa 159. The switch for opening the fifth door when the temperature is 25 or more degrees C works perfectly, however, as the outside temperature drops when I press the switch, it takes more and more time for the door to open. Below 5 degrees C, the switch no longer works. otherwise, the door opens remotely without any problems. Also, below 5 degrees C, I can't open the car with the remote key. I enter the car with a mechanical key and after 10-15 minutes of driving, the central locking works. The car has a new battery. In summer, this problem does not exist. otherwise, the car starts in summer and winter without any problems. Help me.
