    Who didn't copy this action growing up 😀..... was unplayable when he was on song. Reverse swing, extreme pace and hostility. He might not have the best stats but he did alot for the game through his 2005 Ashes exploits.

      Bit like broad for me. A spell bowler, he could come in during a period of the game and completely change it. Left handers couldn't handle him

      You just knew watching Freddie he was a better bowler than his stats suggested. When he had his tail up he was a high-quality bowler.

      Freddie bowled 85-90+ in his absolute prime (2003-2008) with swing and cut, stokes hits 82-83MPH max and swings it more I’d say, you’re scared of one, but respect the other

    Flintoff is one of my heroes truth be told. I really loved the way he played his cricket. He played with a lot of fun,lot of passion and had a big impact in the team . Even though injuries curbed his cricketing career and made it short but whenever he used to play he made sure he made a good impact for the team. Especially 05'

    He was my favourite player from England. He could have become one of the best all rounder in world cricket but unfortunately injuries ruined it.

    My generations Ian Botham. Absolutely brilliant player. That over at Edgbaston to get Langer and Ponting out is one of the best I’ve ever seen.

    After watching to the end, there’s Only one thing missing, they never talked about the technical side of bowling from Fred’s view, foot work, timing, arm speed, front arm, shields, all of that missing! Do another video please Freddy!

      @@nirajsingh8830 He's one of those players where the stats don't reflect how good (and often great) he was. All the top players said they hated facing him. If he didn't get them out he would soften them up so they would get out to a loose shot against Giles or another seamer. His ODI bowling stats reflect his talent much better but after his first 4 years he became a special bowler in tests too. His batting was more erratic but he always had the capacity to change a game and put the opposition on the back foot in any game situation.

    Freddie is a legend. And he mentions, among others, how Ab de Villiars changed the game... but I wonder, how many batsmen can really emulate his strokeplay or range? He sure has influenced others... but nobody has been close to matching him!!

    Many of you are wondering about his fitness even at this age. Probably many dont know after retiring from cricket he became a professional boxer, thats what kept his fitness till now even much better than before.
