The fifth wicket - 88mph off a shortened run, and he was coming off the physio's bench. What a player!
Didn't stop him missing as many test matches as he did
after a no-ball as well, I remember watching this live it was so special.
Flintoff as all rounder was really fast maybe fastest bowler england produced & fastest all rounder world has seen. He didn't loose his pace throughout his carrier as well.
#CricketClassics yeah bro. First time I noticed that his all deliveries were clocked at more than 143kmph.i never noticed that fact. I guess he is fiercest allrounder to bestow the game... Legend in every sense🙌🙌

His rections are like , I do this for fun day in day out. Absolute showman.
lmfao
Well this was spot on
I loved Flintoff. He was such a character. Cricket was great back then. I mean look at these players KP, Andrew Strauss, Collingwood. It was bliss to watch them play against dominating Australian team. #goodolddays
His impact on the game was unbelievable. One can't judge him by his Statics. Always got a feeling that u can beat England by u can't beat Freddie.
R.I.P Phillip Hughes
Had goosebumps when I realized it was him🥺

Hearing Warnie talk while Phil Hughes is awaiting 3rd umpire decision. As an Australian that pulls on the heart strings after the Warnie news yesterday. RIP King
He bowled consistently faster than many full time bowlers .
He was bowling faster than mitchell johnson during this series.
5 wicket haul is something else in farewell 🔥🔥
Truly remarkable ❤️
Cook, Pietersen and Bell ❤ those days of the ashes.
I know , and the rest . Sadly missed - wish they’d ever of ended 😔
Strauss
May his soul rest in peace Philip Hughes
One of the best all rounders to ever play the game- Andrew Flintoff.
Remember the name
vinay fernandes .
mm mm
Have u ever heard the name Jacques Kallis ?
Flintoff was an impact player. He scored runs and took wickets at crucial moments and thereby changing the result of the match.
Just a fraction behind Botham I thinks..
Manan Kaushik kallis did that over a whole career. Flintoff did it in only a handful of matches. he’s so overrated
90 mphr in his last test, amazing and fastest allrounder ever
Look at the seam and at 90+ mph - brilliant
Even McGrath would've been proud of it
If you compare that era from now, flintoff alone is better than 98 percent of the bowlers nowadays, exceptions few
munsarim mohsin Just after seeing a video of 7 minute you have come to this conclusion.
Well i wont complaint coz u r one of those who is following the game since 2015
Amit Kumar okay so what’s ur point Brother, Indians are the best in the world ryt???
Freddie, Anderson and Broad. They've been the best bowlers for England since then and now.
Feel as though I will offend my OWN SELF, if I didn't give a shout out to
Graeme Swan...
Couldn't think of a 5th bowler
Lol that's a HUGE exaggeration and you know it. Rabada, Steyn, Philander and even Olivier are all far better than Flintoff. And that's just South Africa's fast bowlers. Imagine adding Pakistani, Indian, West Indian and Sri Lankan pacers in that mix. They are all better than Flintoff, too
@@rznotorious6103 Steyn, Rabada, Morkel, Anderson, Broad, Zaheer Khan, Johnson, Starc, Cummins, Boult, Southee, Stokes, Ngidi, Woakes, Archer, Alzarri Joseph, Bumrah etc. are all better than Flintoff! I don't see any xenophobic behavior there.
Ben stokes in current England squad reminds me of Freddie 😍 Stokes the left hand version of Flintoff.
Different World better batsman than Flintoff but nowhere near as good a bowler as Freddie.
No way mate flint off was amazing 👌 art Ben is so far behind he still need learn more in tense situation and convert crucial in winning situation miss friddie in fields exit too early 🤕
@@jarral did you see wcup final 2019???

Thanks Freddy for entertaining us over the years.💯
Freddie is a legend😘
The Legend Andrew Flintoff WHAT A PLAYER.😊😊😊👌👌👌👌👌👌
Definition of an all-rounder! Even he does a lot of no balls, he can take a lot of wickets :) and he can definitely bat too!
Love his bowling action what a player he was super Fredie Flintoff! 🙌🏴
One of my favourite Man in cricket history...
Andrew Flintoff... ❤️❤️❤️
most stylish player of the cricket world
A great cricketer but hardly the most stylish. Style = David Gower, Greg Chappel, Zaheer Abbass, Lawrence Rowe, Mark Waugh, Rahul Dravid, Damian Martyn, Martin Crowe, Kumar Sangakarra, Barry Richards.
Injuries robbed us of a great talent, England heart and soul👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
I remember watching this, and all the 2009 Ashes Tests, my last year living at home, I took every day of the cricket off work, it was a brilliant couple of months. Because I had one week where I worked mon-wed, then had 5 days off, then worked Tues-Fri, it was like a 7 week holiday.
Remarkable Personality All Rounder Ever. Always Inspiring..
90 miles per hour...tough length...he could have played purely as a bowler
We always miss u ANDREW..
RESPECT from PAKISTAN...
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
My current bowling action ❤❤😘😘
Me too 😊
*Many Great Cricketers choose Lords to be their last farewell match*
And in the first innings Flintoff had a spell were he was doing 93 mph regularly. He really gave it his all in this series knowing it was his last
flamboyant the word defines whole career of flintoff
I just loved his attitude... Flamboyant... The way he played arrogantly... But still he could bowl 90mph in every other spell he bowled... today's bowlers are just overated... He is one of the best all-rounder I have seen till now after King Kallis...
He is the fastest bowling allrounder the world has seen. Insane speed !
Look at Philip Hughes... 💔💔💔
I was at the match, the thing I remember most was seeing Marcus North batting against Freddy, he really didn’t fancy it. Freddy didn’t get his wicket but North never looked like making any runs after Freddy worked him over.
RIP phil hughes...we miss u
I was there on day 5 :-)
Literally
I wish i could see that match you r lucky
RIP philip hughes. Your not out
What a player was Andrew Flintoff!
He was able to get wickets in test cricket.
And was in this ashes match he took 5 wickets with passion and with great enthusiasm and with energetically!
Wow!
What a bowling was by Andrew Flintoff in
This match !
His personality was inspirational because he was a tall all rounder in the England cricket team!
👍👍👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴!
Atleast for someone who started playing cricket since the nineties, there has not been an allrounder with as much presence as Fredie Flintoff..what a fantastic exciting talented allrounder, athletic pace bowler with 140+ kph speeds, swasbuckling batsman....On the given day to me he is even better than Jacques Kallis...He and Kevin Pietersen were my favourites while growing up..From India
Great Flintof fast bowler
2019 - Ben Stokes
2009 - Andrew Flintoff
Exactly! England's next big all-rounder after Flintoff 👐
Also 2019
Once again Ben stokes .. hero of England ...
Fintoff
4th and 5th one were amazing ,, absolutely
attitude, self confidence - Flintoff
Man, first time I noticed that he used to bowl consistently over 90kmph mark in all his spells!!now I feel that even starc and Cummins are overrated as in their later spells they barely cross that 140kmph mark, despite of them being bowlers. *Wow freedie u are legendary legend of legends*
Libe
Only bcoz they can't bowl 140 ks consistently, doesn't mean they are overrated !
Starc (has hit 160.4) and Cummins are not the same. And Flintoff was a "bowler", often the best in the English team. Hell, even the best batsman at times.
no such things as kmph its mph
@@Bantercaptainxbox Education
I miss all rounders of Flintoff's quality!
ACTION, SPEED MUCH AND MORE
BUT SEE THE EXPRESSION WITH BODY LANGUAGE OF FLINTOFF THE GREAT AFTER TAKING THE WICKET
Happy birthday Andrew Flintoff🎂🎂
Huges was clearly not out as the ball was grounded.
However you don't feel bad for the Aussies if you remember 2008 Sydney test between India and Australia where Clark and Ponting claimed two grounded catches and got Ganguly out among one.
So I am happy to see Aussies got the taste of their own medicine here.
Why do Indians come everywhere?
If the ball hit the ground it would have bounced up into his hands, it didn't so that means his fingers were under the ball.
@@0121zero ...he catched and ball also touched the grass on the same time....
Mitali Paul where there is cricket there is India
There You are
145km speed amazing
Flintoff is a better bowler and stokes is a better batsman period.
Nop.. Flintoff was a perfect allrounder
@@badamun900 no Stokes is a better batsman and fielder, Flintoff better bowler
Flintoff is someone I'd send when team requires quick runs
Ben Stokes is Better all-rounder than A. Flintoff
These players give respect to test matches thats why they became legends
Flintoff - total legend. Strauss's 'catch' was blatantly not-out though
Tim Young don't feel bad for Aussies they did the same to Indians in 2008 Sydney test.
And the 1st wicket was a no ball
As per the rule, if fingers are below the ball then it is out
The fingers weren't underneath the ball though.

Happy birthday Flintoff 💐
Great bowling by one of the best All-rounder.. Why he retired so early. He has good fitness and bowling skills. According to me he'd have played at least 2 years more..
his fitness was poor
Flintoff is amazing.
Freddie the Legend
England really did find a good alrounder after Flintoff Ben stokes
A better one
@@raamiz3076 nope he still not as aggressive as Flintoff, Flintoff far way better..
U r right varun
Stokes is deserving better as a good batsman who can ball well instead of as all rounder
@@varunkumar-uq1mv its ok bro..he is a good replacement of fintoff you should agree with that ...
Purest form of all rounder
Anybody Noticed? Freddie bowling at 90 mph consistently
True and greatest all rounder
Awesome batsman
Furious fast bowler
Just to give an idea of how good he's
He used to replace Kallis (best all rounders cricket has ever seen ),from spot1 position to become no1 all rounder
And to top it the way he troubles Kallis in the famous over at Edgbaston. No one in my knowledge has troubled Kallis that much ever.
Flintoff was a great bowler. A fantastic all rounder.
Real fighter salute to genuine allrounder 👏👏👏
Although Razzaq was my favourite all rounder in that time but i knew that Flintoff was the best all rounder at that time
Both of them weren't best allrounder .Kallis played in that era too

My all time favorite Freddy the boss
Great player
There was no better all rounder then Flintoff, when he was fully fit.
shashank singh kallis sold Chai through his career
Nadir Khan :- Kallis was great all rounder, but do you remember any match which Kallis won single hand. First try to understand what I said, don't talk like Stupid.
One of the very few players in the history of Test Cricket who could destroy a team single handed in one session with either bat or ball.
Why did he retire when he was bowling 145 kmph consistently...???
Went out on a high I guess
Cricket iconic Flintoff ❤❤❤
