- I have edited this video for all the emerging fast bowlers who want to bowl outswing , inswing , and yorker deliveries. This is the Greatest ever Fast Bowling Masterclass in my opinion in which the Great Australia Fast Bowler Brett Lee talks about How To Bowl outswing, inswing, Bouncer and Yorker. Great Fast Bowling Tips.

Wow!!! Touching the speed of 150 in the age of 16 Incredible!!!. Nowadays kids are comparing Shoaib Akhtar and Brett lee with others they don't know what the era that was and especially this man who were bowling at 150+ and had a capacity to swing the ball. Love you Brett ❤️ I am your big fan from India🇮🇳 ❤️ Jai Hind.
World record is world record
@@ZainAli-xp6sy yes
150 kmh at 16, wow
he was most likely joking/lying. no way a 16 year old can bowl at 150 lol
@@OGtrushalpatel I think he kind of misspoke actually, yeah
@@caarda_old2 yeah lol. If hes bowling 150 at 16 i would expect him to bowl in the 170s when hes an adult haha
@Trushal Patel I know of a 16 year old that bowls low to mid 130s. Was measured at a National talent acceleration program.
@@dihan471 where's that?
There will never be a Brett Lee or Shoaib Akhtar again. That combination of the fasters bowlers bowling to the batsmen like Tendulkar, Ganguly or Lara.. That vybe was something different....
Mr London That age will not only come, it will be exceeded. Far better players of a far younger age will emerge.

@@vorzeigur1914 none so far
Ganguly s mention is wrong amoung Sachin and Lara.
Uh nailed it bro
Lee: i didn't like to hurt batsman..
Akhtar be like : thats all i wanted to do 😁
Tait: ask de Villiers 🤐

😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Tait - Ask Lynn 😬
He's full of shit. He deliberately tried to main Piers Morgan at the MCG 8 years ago. Bowling from about 19 yards, aiming at his ribs and head. What a fucking hero, less than a year before Phil Hughes died.....
One of the only Australian cricketers who never sledged the opposition and was the first person by the batsman's side if he got injured by one of Lee's balls. One of the greatest cricketers ever and also a great human being. A true sportsman.
Really? A true sportsman would never have bowled the amount of 'accidental' beamers that Lee bowled over the years. A true sportsman wouldn't try and maim a loud mouthed journalist by deliberately cracking his ribs, just to prove a point. As for one of the greatest cricketers ever, you're having a laugh, aren't you? If I had to pick a greatest ever Aussie team, Brett wouldn't be anywhere near it. In fact, he'd struggle to get a game in the 4th XI. I can think of a dozen better Oz quick bowlers than him.....
@@davewalkeden6932 that's just your opinion, just like I stated my opinion above. We don't have to agree with each other.
@@abiromu Mate, you are 100 percent accurate, it's my opinion that he's far from a saint. I, however, have backed my opinion up with verifiable facts, while yours remains just an opinion. His sportsmanship was generally very good, but he had a nasty streak, just like a lot of fast bowlers. Have you watched him try and kill Piers Morgan - a nasty piece of work himself - just because he could? Breaking a non-cricketer's ribs while bowling huge front foot no-balls at the same time is a fucking dog act, not an act of a great human being, as you refer to him. I lost all respect for him after that. Also, please try and convince me that he's a better Test bowler than McGrath, Gillespie, Lillee, Cummins, Lindwall, Miller, Thomson, Davidson, Harris, Reid, Clark or McDermott? Shit, I'd even pick Mitch Johnson ahead of him, and he was Mr Inconsistent. Pyjama cricket, different story. He was a fantastic ODI bowler. But as a Test bowler? Nah. Stats rarely lie, and he averaged more than 30 with the ball. One of the greatest cricketers ever? Please tell me that you're joking..... 🤣🤣
@@davewalkeden6932 again, I don't owe you any explanation for my opinion. Feel free to think what you want to.
@@abiromu Fair enough. Perhaps then, you should refrain from making fucking stupid - oops, incongruous comments that infer Brett Lee never sledged the opposition (false), or he's one of the greatest cricketers ever (obviously false, unless your list of greatest ever cricketers contains a helluva lot of names). If you can't back up the twaddle you post, don't bother posting it in the first place. And don't get too upset when someone points out that you're talking out of your arse..... 😘
150kph at 16. #JustBrettLeeThings
Yeah and he says that when he realized he had pace! So at 14 when he was doing 125 he never thought he had pace?
brett lee we love seeing him bowling. love from sri lanka 🇱🇰🇱🇰
Current cricketers are lucky. They don’t have yo face Brett lee,Akhtar.
Lockie ferguson is still playing in New zealand team and he slower ball 144 k and fastest is 155 , so I can't say that for sure.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to discover cricket tips try Jaffacter Cricket Player Coach (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.
Mingmar Yolmo yes true
And bond
There is no genuine fast bowler now except Dale
During 2000-2005 no Batsman would have wanted to face Lee
Except yuvi..
150 at the age of 16 is a real masterclass
150 mph is impossible...
@@sharkboyryan195 brother not 150 mph it's 150 Kph there is a big difference in both
Such a nice guy and a great Aussie

Yorker starts at 4:20
bowler with best action !! Whenever I played in my early age ...I used to copy his action
what a wonderful humble fast bowler-they don't get any better than this !!!
To everyone who is questioning how could he bowl at 150kmph at the age of 16, he didn't say that :) he said at the age of 16 is when he realized he could bowl at 150 in the future, listen to it again 😎 cricbuzz article confirms this too..
I can still remember before entering into international cricket he was playing against his brother Shane Lee, and bowled with different style of run up and got Steve Waugh’s wicket. Shane entered into international game before Brett. He had changed action completely once he entered into international cricket
Most beautiful fast bowling action
Thanks Breet Lee sir.
Old cricket bowlers and batsmans were gold
Loved watching Bond, Lee and Aktar in their prime.

Happy birthday Brett Lee
My favourite bowler brett lee
Nice bowling tips
One of the greatest .. Bret lee
"You gotta love hitting the batsman?". What kinda question is that. Sometimes hitting them is alright but your not trying to kill them you're trying to get the wicket
Only an idiot would ask such a question. It was a few years ago when an Australian batsman was killed by a fast ball (by accident).
My favorite bowler ever 😘😍
Omar Hassan it's from years ago on Australian TV channel 9. They emailed in at a certain time when they were watching the programme.
Please bring this wonderful sport to America 😁
ok
Its is there Pakistani people play leagues in usa
@@ZainAli-xp6sy I don’t know. I do see people from some Indian communities playing cricket here in New Jersey, but just for recreation. Leagues probably exist elsewhere in North America, but I don’t know of them.
I am your follow step and a got success on match just 3 over and 7 runs and 4 wickeds

Watch outswing/inswing bowling by this 9 years old.

Brett Lee is my favourite fast bowler
I learnt in swing on my own using a normal kid's plastic ball that has seam pattern at centre. Initially, I also struggled to inswing the ball and I watched lot of videos explaining the same technique similar to this video. The problem with this technique is most of the times your release will be a scrambled seam. So, if you are lucky it will swing into the right hand batsman if the release is correct i.e., an upright seam position pointing towards leg slip/fine leg. So, I tried to correct my release with same technique by observing it in the video of my release recorded with my phone. However, It didn't work for me.
So what worked for me was, ROTATING MY WRIST TOWARDS LEG SLIP DURING RELEASE. After learning this, I was able to swing-in but my pace dropped a bit due to that wrist rotation adjustment. I continued practising this with plastic ball and was able to achieve both pace and inswing.
The idea is, only you have to figure out yourself that how you are going to achieve that seam position by making adjustment in your action and release. For some people in my cricketing circle, it works by keeping natural wrist release but ny delivering the ball from left side of their head (check Mohd. Asif's coaching video on swing).
Good luck ! I hope my experience helped.
A genuine fast bowler, natural in swinger of India is Javagal Srinath. His top speed was over 157kph.
Brett has the most beautiful bowling action.... I used to copy his action when I played...💗💗💗
