Ok, I'm in for $10. You have my full attention.
Thank you both, guys.
My favorite part about your adventures is that you give us the opportunity to reach out and help alongside the education you provide. Blessings!
Wow, thanks for shining a light 💡 on this
Watching these videos really helps put things in perspective. While we all have valid problems and gripes with our lives, it's hard not to be a bit humbled and grateful after seeing videos like these.
Thank you for watching and taking interest in the lives of the South Sudanese people.
Spot on
I was literally thinking that right now, it makes you so much more grateful
Im not thinking about me. im thinking about them. i want them to be eating good with, a home to live in. if they read me saying it makes me grateful. it doesn help them any.
I cant help but notice that the "help" just keeps these people in a loop. They have babies, bring them into this life of misery, then when the baby is at the point of death, they give them this packaged "nutrition" just to keep them alive and then set back into that miserable world of starvation and poverty.... Poverty is not even the word, they are at geound zero. Its really tragic. I dont think anything is helping. What a tragic world we live in that we cant even aolve something this easy!
I am on the poverty line in the UK, but I can eat, I have a roof over my head, I'll donate £10 so those children can have a chance. Thanks for all the work you do Nick, I wouldn't know about these issues otherwise.
So how did you go donating that £10?
@@SANDYFRECKLE don’t be a CUN
@@SANDYFRECKLE exactly
Proof
I'll be donating a grand total of Nowt mate! Not a chance would I ever just give my money away hoping that it gets to where its supposed to go to and used for some good, because only the most naive among us would ever believe that the moneys donated actually reach the advertised destination. For every £1 donated only 10-14 pence actually gets there. Red tape and "fees" eat up 90% of the money donated it's a very corrupt world (and sadly that's still a 100% true fact!)
The most tragic / sobering element of this video is that each and every child has a smile from ear to ear. Love is in their nature, but the nurture wrings them of it. Absolutely heartbreaking
Yep feels odd sat here watching these people on my £1400 monitor and £3200 PC. Life is cheap over there.

I watched your first video in South Sudan and was embarrassed and ashamed that I was ignorant of what was going on there. I'm American and so we can only see these things if we seek them out - our media does not care. Thanks to people like you we can learn about it. So then CZcams fed me episode 2 of you in South Sudan. I couldn't make it through the tears. Before the video was over I sent $1,000 to Unicef to help feed the malnourished children. You are risking your life there, but you are doing a fantastic service to that country. I applaud your bravery and compassion. I will keep supporting. Thank you so much!

Please, please please don’t send money to UNICEF THE BUREAUCRACY IS CRAZY. Living in the capital of Kenya, their neighbors to the south there’s a lot of South Sudanese refugees here and from the situation they explained to us the UN is only as effective as the government in which the country it’s in is. You heard him say they were police honking and clearing people out of the way so that a convoy of brand new Toyota Land Cruiser can pass people living in abject poverty but government officials are driving cars worth 150,000-300,000 per convoy. And because of such of the thousand dollars you’ve donated which by the way, thank you so much 80% will never reach these people. Sorry for the unsolicited advice but in my opinion, it’s better to put in research and find NGOs and like Nick here where you know the money doesn’t pass through government officials first who already live in our country with their kids, leaving their own country to live in an IDP like what you’re saying
You are really great to send that money. Im just thinking. Can we trust UNICE
It would be better to help those people directly if possible. But something's better than nothing.
It always warms my heart to see that kids will always be kids no matter where they grow up, they always have such big hearts and they're so welcoming

Yeah I get that same feeling. Like, they are like children anywhere, but 20 years later and they will go through so much.
At the start of the video it says "If there was food, people wouldn't fight" So it seems the solution is to create a permaculture food forest system that can provide food.
It looks like it rains and even floods so harvesting that water by building swales and a dam to water the plants will work. Plant fruit trees behind the swale so the water collected in the swale waters the trees deeply.
It seems the charity offers a bandaid solution so it can keep running and collecting donations. Build food forests and let the people care for it and provide to their community.
thank you so much for this! I didn't know anything about Sudan. Seeing this children made me cry. I'm going straight ahead to donate some money. Thank you so much
I am a South Sudanese and not to lie the situation in the country is not okay. People are really suffering from all sorts of things such as corruption, gang fights, robbery, shootings and many sorts of things. Although I thank God for putting bread on my father’s table that my family’s situation is okay. I had to leave the country to get good studies and all my intentions are to go back there and make a difference. All your donations will really make a difference in their lives and thanks for the video❤
Unfortunately, democracies cannot exist with different ethnic groups vying for resources. You either have a country of plenty or you have an autocracy of city states if you want stability.
Was it ever ok? Could you guys ever revert back to a tribal way of life? Wouldn't you be happier? I know I would be, no disrespect to you.
But once you come to western Europe and are 3 generations in you'll find out.
Taxes, overworking, social degeneration as well as physical and mental.
Your future generations will have health problems as well as mental ones.
Its a sick society, it could work and could be better but modern society has just as many problems, just different ones.
If the structure was there I'd move to the congo, have a tribe wife, have children, drink raw cows milk all day and hunt animals. Shit only got worse for everybody when we decided to make life complicated
The problem with your society is that you have one leg in, one leg out, one in the modern world and one in the tribal.
You're a tribal people fighting for money and hierarchy when there's no body actually investing in your country, nor enough innovative or educated people to create businesses.
So what do you want to do? Fix your country and become a part of the first world? Or be happy with what you have and live a simple life.
Struggle or not struggle, your destiny lies in your community and how well you treat each other.
You can only fix something wrong in your life when you realize that all the responsibility lies on your shoulders, this is your problem and your problem to fix
Why will you go back there? Try to make the world better? Don't try to be such a hero. No one owes your kindness. Go live abroad and send money to your family. That's least you can do.
@@delong8998 they weren’t talking to you bozo

Totally not the work of the European Enlightmenment where people actually worked very hard to improve the terrible living standards imposed primarily by the catholic church.
@@drpastormartinssempa8994 How did the catholic church "impose" bad living standards, "Pastor"?
Were the living standards better in protestant regions in the northern HRE in the 17th century. Certainly not.
These factors depend on economic competence and ability, not the ruling faith.

I'm impressed at how many of the people there spoke English, some very fluently, given the situation there with schooling and just basic resources as well. Thank you for the work you do. For humanizing suffering. No matter how much we see this suffering we still have a disconnect so thank you for helping us to connect to some true empathy. Thank you for providing donation links
Thanks for putting yourself out there and raising awareness on the hardships experienced by many. Keep up the great work.
This is only the second video I've watched but I wanted to say what an incredible job you have done. The editing, the content, the way you narrate and talk to the local populace, overall it's just very well made. I now have lots of new and interesting videos to watch about other countries, and it helps to give me perspective in life. Good work :)
bless you Nick , only wish I could send more. Keep it up
I've been to South Sudan several times now, and you did a great job of catching the heart of what's happening there. Interesting to see some of the places I've been. Never seen so many people on top of Jebel Kujur.
the small kids who give you high five.. Even how tragedy their situation still smiling with pure heart.. That is the thing the richest person cant buy 4ever.. How precious it is.. 🔥🔥🔥
Love how friendly you treat the people, kindness will spread eventually and you are playing your part. Thank you. Donated aswell through your link! Much love from Europe!
war chiefs and gangs in sudan welcome every bag of rice you sponsor, same as every money you donate, ammo is expensive. thx to people like you our war can continue forever. just like in ukraine

Thanks to show us this realistis documentary ! Beautiful people from Africa ,...at their day by day ,making their best...Many hugs for them ,from Brasil .
Despite all of the hardships, the children are still playing and laughing like kids should. Knowing they are not able to go to school is sad as it guarantees they will have even less than their parents do now. There is so much potential in them that will go to waste if things don't improve there. Best wishes to the people of S. Sudan.
donating now thank you so much for your dedication genuine and raising awareness!!
Don’t do anything for unicef

Sending prayers to everyone living in that environment, I hope this video helps more and more ppl to do there best and donate, and at the very least start to appreciate what we have today, bring more peace. Those are human being jus like us with less fortunate life styles unfortunately. It's sad but I'm thankful because it helps me to become more greatful. I wish them well and hopefully someday they will start to rejoin and not fight, fighting dose not bring peace it's a low way of control That all it is there's better ways to compromise
Nick, thank you so much for all the work you put into all these exciting series. It is always very stunning (and sometimes saddening) to see other parts of the world. Videos like these make me very concious about the fact that peace and freedom can't be taken for granted.
Greetings from Germany!
Thank you and love to Germany.
Thanks for this video. I'm a proud South Sudanese, and I'm hopeful that the land of my ancestors will experience total peace one day soon. I visited Juba in April, 2022 for the first time in my life, and I agree many people are suffering due to corruption, tribalism and other reasons. Young South Sudanese all over the world are really trying their best to unite and develop our mamaland. I just pray the government gives the new generation greater opportunities to develop this nation in peace and unity - no tribalism. Please next time bring the wonderful side of the country too, so people won't be afraid to pay a visit. An average South Sudanese is a very friendly and welcoming people. You never enter a South Sudanese home and leave hungry. God bless
The West does not have a presence in Africa for humanitarian reasons, it is there to stoke ethnic conflicts and war so that then the West can then say that they are for humanitarian reasons to prevent a genocide.
Thx for showing us this, donation done
Thanks for the videos. You would be great on TV. Your demeanour and composure is refreshing as you objectively explore these places and reminds me of watching Foreign Correspondant in the 90s. The world needs more of this!!
Appreciate that Will! Thank you!
Celebrities and millionaires could save thousands of children's lives. This video needs to be broadcasted on national television and it needs to get more attention
Why should they spend their own hard earned money on people thats not even their countrymen
They’ll never help
Yes I’m not even rich and I sponsor kids over there
@@4themoney455 when you are drowing dont expect people to save you because why should they risk their lives for yours.
There's an agenda at play here.. China is actually going into places of Africa and is actually building infrastructure there.. for the mining and resources, yet providing to rebuild cities and so forth. I don't see Western countries doing this, on this level.
Oh wow such an inspiring watch. this is the type of content I wanna do from now on. Sudanese so beautiful
Such a beautiful country with beautiful people. I hope things get better soon...
