Doesn't the welder burn off the paint on the other side leading to rusting later on?

As seen on the video, it welds onto the body that is cleaned to pure metal, when it is welded, just pull the weight that slides on the pole.
Then just turn it to break the welding and start again.
The heat that welding produces flattens the sheet metal and makes it a very tough surface.

that is one cool tool i seen guys do the same job but they put like 1,000 holes useing screws that is and alsome tool .....

Vital Ral i made same machine by myself, I don't know why, but i can't find it in US for 110v. Only 220v European versions(220 is not available for me :(). I can order it for 2000$.
