I just discovered your channel. I’m an RN. I was going to call work and pick up a shift tonight, but instead I think I’ll stay home and binge on your videos. You are actually cooking healthy food in a way my family will eat!
Oh my. This is the first video I've ever watched but my 6 yr old twins stopped what they were doing to watch and ask me to make the breakfast casserole and the carrot salad! Thank you!
I thoroughly enjoyed this video so yes, keep making them endlessly!🤗 I always learn something new & have new recipes from you. Hope you & your family have a cozy, relaxing weekend ❤
I am SO GLAD! I am really trying to create "useful" videos that can be implemented in your life and not just my own. I hope you're having a wonderful new week Bonnie ❤️
I told my husband about the egg dish you made first as he walked by and he said we need to try that very soon! He loves everything in it! I want to try everything you made on this video! It all looks SO GOOD! Thank you so much for all the wonderful ideas and recipes! ❤❤❤
Woo Hoo!! Always pleased to please a hubs! I'm so glad you guys are on board! ☺️
This is the first of your videos I've seen. I will be watching more. Can I ask what toaster oven that is, as it looks big enough for my needs? Thanks.
Yes!! Please keep making these endlessly! I use your recipes as meal inspiration for the week! I literally make at least one of yours every week, they are all sooo good, kid approved and loved by our family of 7!!

Yes! I love your videos, so please keep cooking! I never learned to cook, but since making your recipes, when I put one of your meals on the table, my husband says, “ Hey! Real food!”. Thank you so much!
I also noticed that it looks like you finally got the larger food processor you’ve been wanting!
Jealous!
I loved this so much I had to tell my husband!! That is the best! I think iv'e been waiting for that food processor my entire life 😂 Using it daily now.

The spiky things on their wings that you’re cutting off our feathers. :-)
Everything looks delicious!! Inspired for sure!
I just finally watch this video, love it!!! I am saving theses recipes. I usually make my whole chicken in a pot with the veggies around it, but I am definitely going to try this roasted method, especially that I can make 2 instead of only one. Thank you for your content, you are amazing.
Love these videos! I feel like I found someone that actually cooks like me but enjoys flavors as well! Hard to find that combo 😃 have them coming! That pork made my mouth water

Hello Elizabeth, I am a first time watcher today and I am a lady from Sydney Australia. Your food looks absolutely delicious and healthy. I have subscribed and look forward to more videos. Thank you.
Really enjoy this style of video!
Yay! That's great to know.
I love these recipes! Delicious.
Hi Elizabeth, I was wondering if you would do a video on the autoimmune diet. Or if you have tips on starting it. Thanks 😊
Do you mind sharing where your decorative boards are from?
I have to tell you, you have inspire me so much to be a calm, naturing mom and wife ❤
Hi Elizabeth! I just want to say thank you for taking the time to make amazing videos! I really like putting one on when I’m in the kitchen!
Everytime I see you it blows me away because you and my cousin look identical.
Im wondering if you have a video on making bone broth?
Love these videos, so please make them endlessly. Your cranberry relish is delicious. I will try green goddess next.
Oh I'm so glad! Thank you and enjoy!
@healthyelizabeth Maybe it's just me but I feel like your videos went up a few notches. I loved them before, please don't get me wrong. The voiceover on your more recent ones seems to flow nicely and it's very relaxing to watch. Thank you for all the inspiration!
I just discovered your channel and I'm so glad! I made your sheet pan chicken last night and working on the pork and slaw today. Lid off for the entire cooking time for the pork? Thank you!
I'm an Orthodox homeschooler too! Excited to subscribe. I need these ideas!😂🤗
Ahh welcome!! So happy to have you. 🤗
Thank you so much for the eucalyptus idea!!
I absolutely love these videos. I will be trying these recipes. We have similar taste in kitchen items. I have the copper measuring cups/spoons gifted to me by my granddaughter, I already mentioned some of the other things we have in common in another comment. I even use Sal Suds, LOL. Your recipes look delicious and so healthy.
I’m intrigued by avocado oil! Didn’t know you could use it in olace of EVOO
Hi Elizabeth! TY for your inspiration and great recipes. I love simplistic cooking. As you were cutting your cabbage I noticed that wonderful deep white bowl. Where did you procure that? 😊
You are so welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed. Here's the bowl set for you: amzn.to/3I4T7sJ
Delicious looking food. The chickens were perfection.
Enjoyed the video
If you cut off the "spikey things" you are actually leaving some of them in the chicken. They are the ends of the quills from the industrial pluckers.
What casserole dishes are those and what toaster oven!? It fits so much!
My thoughts exactly, that she can fit so much in the oven . 😊
Looks like a breville oven and staub casserole dishes.
I know right! I can put a whole cast iron skillet in it too. Baking dishes: amzn.to/3uDcOVo Smart Oven: amzn.to/3wgTiOS
These recipes looked delicious.
Thank you!
I like to quarter radicchio, sear it in a pan in olive oil and then eat it drizzled with balsamic to sweeten it a bit (and salt pepper)
My husband hates it but I guess I like bitter a bit more. It’s so good for digestion too
Love that idea! Apparently if you soak it in water for 30 minutes it removes the bitterness. I'll have to try your way 😋
So inspirational thank you! May I ask how the egg dish tastes the next day? Do reheated eggs still have a nice taste and texture? Also, what is your preferred method of reheating? Thank you!
Those Brussels look delicious. I think I will try it tonight since I have all the ingredients. Thank you. I don’t say much but I love your channel.
That means so much to me, thank you! Enjoy.
Just found your videos! Will you please explain how cooking the chicken yourself is healthier than getting a rotisserie chicken? I mainly ask because it’s cheaper for me to get a rotisserie chicken at Costco.
Thanks!! I love how attainable this is
I love good questions like this!! I still get a rotisserie sometimes too - I promise I’m not the food police 😂. That said, they are usually not pasture raised and are fed gmo soy or corn which makes them high in omega 6 and 9 fats and they usually coat them in soy or canola oil which causes a lot of inflammation. Sometimes I even see things like Carmel color in the seasonings. So when you make your own you can avoid a number of things!! Just food for thought.💛
Thank you for the inspiration on the pork roast. I am brining in the salt rub as we speak and will add the dry rub tomorrow and bake it. I do not have coconut sugar which sounds delightful, so I will substitute brown sugar instead. It just looks so flavorful and delicious. I can’t to try it when it is completed.
Ooow yay!! Brown sugar works perfectly, I hope it turns out beautifully for you! Thanks for sharing.
It turned out so good. The flavors in the dry rub were so good and gave the roast such good flavor! Love your channel. You have such good recipes and ideas.
I recently just discovered your channel and I’m in love! Your so beautiful ❤
I love your style. You should link your outfits!
You're so kind, thank you!! That's a great idea ❤️
Is that a large wood cutting board or your counter? Love the size of it!
Everything looked delicious as usual. I like your version of the egg bake breakfast. It’s a little different from the typical egg casserole. And for those of us who eat very little (or no) meat, it’s a nice and filling meatless option. But those who really like meat could definitely add some cooked crumbled breakfast sausage or cooked chopped bacon.
Sounds great! Thank you.
For radicchio soak it in icy water for 30 min and all the bitterness goes away! Love your channel, keep it up! ❤
Amazing tip, thank you so much for sharing!I’ve been watching cooking shows all my life and never heard of this! 💛
@@healthyelizabeth I got this tip from a restaurant that makes killer radicchio salad, had to ask them how they make it not bitter!
11:34 chicken looks so so good
Sooo good🤤
Not a fan of radicchio. But will make the salad with out it . Looks delicious. I enjoy this type of video .
It'll be delicious without it! Thank you :)
Just stumbled upon your videos. Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Your eggs look like they came straight from your garden - they weren’t cleaned, so why oh why do you store them in the fridge?? 😉
Love your videos. Where do you get your oil dispensers?
Thank you!! Here ya go: shopstyle.it/l/b8eDc
Why do you prefer your counter top oven?
Can you tell me the name of your food processor? I am in the process of purchasing a new one.
What kind of little oven is that? Thank you. Just sub
New subscriber and really enjoy your channel. Not to be nosy, but curious what part of the country you are living in as far as your garden and what you can grow. Thanks
Thank you so much! I’m in North Carolina, zone 7b.
And not a can of cream of anything soup in sight !!!! As a cook from scratch gal myself... I subscribed 😊Hugs Kate
😂 love this!
Have you ever tried making organ meats? Ie liver. I’m looking into GAPS which is big on organ meats. 🙈I just can’t wrap my mind around it.
I don't cook them either but I do take this and it's amazing!! paleovalley.com/offers/organ-complex-promo/pvpartners?oid=36&affid=1825
The breakfast casserole, cast iron dishes?
I found them on Amazon, ceramic.
What brand of chef knife?
I was reading in your description you are an “Orthodox” Christianand wondered about the meaning?
Yes, it's Eastern Orthodox Christianity (not Orthodox Jew or coptic, those are completely different) which has existed for 2000 years. It's the original, unchanged Christianity. ☦️
Hi 👋, where did you buy your knives 🔪?? 😊
Hi! I absolutely love these knives: amzn.to/3ULQaEV
Do you tend to avoid foods labeled as "low fat, low sugar, reduced, etc,"? In other words, foods tailored towards the diet culture.
❤❤❤❤
I think those things arepinfeathers left behind. They pull out fairly easily. That way you know you got the whole thing. THANK YOU for rinsing your chicken ! That’ was a Reddit debate a while ago. Most were saying you’re just spreading bacteria around your kitchen and shouldn’t be done and isn’t necessary. I disagreed. I was taught to rinse off all meat before cooking, except ground.
You’ll get more lime juice if you microwave them first
Yet again I would like to tell you that you can cook for me anytime you would like 😋❤❤
