That was a really fantastic run omega and I’m glad you got so much support. I really love how you’ve been able to extend your combos without relying on Dragon Tempest all the time during the run. It was also very nice to see some underrated Artes like Soaring Light Spear. Easily my favourite Abyss run, I’m glad you finished it despite all the HATE you have toward this game, you meanie youtuber (ʳ ´。㉨°)ʳ

Enduring around 15 minutes of constant pressure and not making any noteworthy mistakes is impressive as hell. Man that razing pheonix usage at 10:44 was just beautiful, great job on this fight overall though, this was definitely the best fight in the run to me.

Marvelous work on this run. Tales of the Abyss has always been my favorite game of all time and this was loads of fun to watch. More importantly as always great job on the fight. As I've noticed in all of the other fights you LOVE to dance at Ground Dashers edge. And that clever word play of yours in the description made me think you would finish him with Final Cross and you did. Swell work (Claps)

Decided to stick with the game's original soundtrack for this I see. But regardless, fantastic job on this whole run. I hereby declare the legend of Guy the Cecilhog solidified by the name of Omega! :D I can't wait to grab the Collector's Edition of Xillia 2 myself. ;D

Im new to this game and currently on my second play-through. All my character has all the ad skills already. I just cant figure out how you were able to combo all those arte. Any guide for newb here?

Nice touch that Guy is the one talking in that little scene given he's the only one alive in all this, lol. Also lol at Guy taunting whenever Van misses badly. And Guy using the others as bait =P Man, perfect flawless run. Great strats there. Gonna have to see what other stuff you'll be doing.
i never knew that there were different conversations depending on the character you play as because i always just played as luke are there others as well like with tear or jade also really close call with the ground dasher guardian frost combo after celestial elegy
Between Sanic and Guy, which one is faster than the other one ? Those runs were great to watch and amazing too Omega ! And I have a little question, why the 1 HP for this fight ? Oh ! And Van says Radiant Dragon for Shining Dragon too.
Well Van had Lorelei trapped inside himself who is the spirit of the Seventh Fonon. And if you remember what happened to Mohs when he tried to use the Seventh Fonon it's not really that surprising why Van gets a purple arm.
He kind of unleased Lorelei's full potential, so to speak. Thus resulting in the strange appearance. Rather than keeping it dormant and allow him to exist in a corporeal form for longer, he is using all of that power at once. Or most of it, at least.

Had no idea there are different conversations with Van when you don't have Luke and Tear in the party.
The entire ending is different, in this one Luke will KILL Van rather than make Lorelei blow him up.

i think if luke is in the party it will always be his conversation and if tear is in but not luke it will be hers but i'm not to sure on that

Yes, but you still can't use Brilliant Overlord on a first playthrough. It is a missable sidequest, that's why I said to look at a guide
