I haven't heard of sending money from a bank To Paypal. I don't know, Have you checked your wallet to see the balance because when you open Paypal that is the first thing that shows up

with me as I have shown there is an option to link card , link bank or transfer money
so with you too you should see those options
use chrome on your phone not the actuall paypal acc
So after entering the code I have to wait a few days in order for me to withdraw?
You can do the withdrawal then it'll reflect later on your account
