Hey, if you want to use PayPal, you don't have to transfer any money
The process is done automatically
Meaning when you at the online store and you checkout out with paypal, the money is automatically deducted from your debit card

But if you haven’t verified your account you’ll have a withdrawal limit

The quick fix to all these problems would be to open a separate account with Fnb just for PayPal and for online transaction, at least that’s what I use and the hiccups have been minimal

Hey there, I just tried linking my Capitec Acc 2 PayPal. It failed. I managed to figure out that as it is a debit card well savings card, there is an option on that card to set it for ONLINE SHOPPING ACTIVATION... you set a limit and then it allows a digital acc like PayPal to send and receive money to the acc. Perhaps ur FNB acc has the same issue? Just an idea Sfiso.

@ Eben De Jongh you need to activate the capitec card 4 online shopping. Then it needs to be "verified" The capitec app crashed when I tried to do it via the app but Capitec was having problems. You can do this via the app.
