I was trying to transfer my funds from PayPal to my bank account and when I chose the amount and clicked “next,” it told me to confirm my email. I went to my email app, clicked the link and logged in. I’ve done this at least 20 times in the past hour and it still shows that it’s unconfirmed. My money is just stuck there!

Please try this and let me know if it works for you. Go to 3 dots on your right hand-more tools-developer tools-scroll down- uncheck user agent-customize and select chrome os. Then try if it works and let me know please

Hii try making a gmail acount it’s really easy and simple and change your emails to the gmail and just go on the gmail and it confirmed for me
I did what Zoe P said, removed my old email address, and added a Gmail address, it allowed me to confirm-- but now it has an issue transferring my money :( it won't say what it is...grrr.. so frustrating.

Hey merrelle fornoles i tried to open a new paypal account and im sure i had the email right but they still didnt send me a confirmation email although i press confirm my email like 15 times at least
@@krixygaming5489 you can wait upto 24 hours to receive the email. Just like what happened to me, I received the email after a few hours since i opened my account. if after 24 hours and still no email you can message them through the paypal app or twitter (@AskPayPal) hope this helps :)
Hi Merelle Fornoles. Please follow below instruction steps,
1. Ask for the email to be re-sent again.
2. Use Opera browser and do the process of sending confirmation email.
3. Wait for 24 hours to receive email
4. Please check your spam or junk mail folder
5. Search for @paypal.com in your address book/search mail to see if you can find the confirmation email
6. Last option is Add another email and make it primary email and remove one from your account which does not receive confirmation email
Let me know please if any of the above helps. If still the issue exists, send screenshots

Under 'Your account access is limited,' click Go to Account Limitations.
Click Resolve beside each requirement.

for me it says something has gone wrong on their end any solution?
Just click on the help button, click contact and call them, you should have a code on screen that you have to type in when calling. Tell them the email won’t activate your account and that it still appears as unconfirmed.

Yes, the card is used in one account only. You need to contact Paypal support to remove your previous account linked with your PayPal, but first try to recover your previous account

Just click on the help button , click contact and call them , you should have a code on screen that you have to type in when calling. Tell them the email wont activate your account and that it still appears as unconfirmed. They fix this for me in less than a minute. I had tried 4 web browsers previously non of that worked because i believe its Paypals crappy coding issue with that email. Anyway this method 100% worked and was quick.

Sometimes, it takes time and sometimes it is due to ads blocker as Dneiel did. Try do the confimation process in Opera browser. Open email in Opera browser too.

For those whom email verification link is not working or showing page not found or reloading try use your Gmail address for Paypal user id instead of other email such as yahoo/outlook etc. There could be bug while using yahoo or other email and it is unable to verify (probably)
