In this tutorial, I'll guide you through the process I used to successfully log in after encountering the "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you" error. Here are the steps:
1. **On the PayPal login page, click on 'Forgot' on the enter password screen.
2. Choose to open the link with the Chrome browser.
3. You'll be redirected to a page with the message "Need help with your password."
4. On this page, tap on 'Forgot your email.'
5. You'll see a screen with the message "Forgot the email you use for PayPal?"
6. Enter three different email addresses, ensuring that only one is linked to your PayPal account-the one you want to regain access to.
7. Tap 'Next,' and if a match is found, choose 'I need to create a password' (select this even if you know your password).
8. An OTP will be sent to your email; confirm the OTP code.
9. Create a new password, and you'll be redirected to your PayPal dashboard.
No need to call PayPal support-follow these steps, and you'll regain access to your PayPal account effortlessly.
