He kept playing Mudryk when he was clearly not ready for the team (for whatever the reason was) he also insisted on playing Enzo and Caicedo week after week, when 1 Enzo was injured and on pain meds and 2, they were clearly incompatible, just like Gerrard and Lampard. The ONLY reason why we started winning was because Enzo had surgery FORCING Poch to make a decision that any decent coach would have done naturally. Combine that with continually playing Jackson out of position as a striker, while having our other 2 strikers out on loan, was nonsensical. His training methods were rumoured to be part of the cause for so many injuries reoccurring within weeks.
Mid table manager with mid table ideas and methods. An apparent refusal to allow a set piece coach to be appointed, when we were shipping set piece goals is enough for him to be shown the door.

The best thing is to have a conversation with the captain about something else that might reveal a few answers without the captain knowing. After all these rich guys should be smart enough to get the answer from captain without him knowing.
