Is the game playable? Well it depends on you. If you don't mind playing at 30-35-40 fps and you get used to the graphics, then sure it's. If not, then it's not, at least for me it ain't, one of the best things about this game is its environment, and using these settings you lost all of that experience. The FSR in this game is so aggressive and make the game looks pretty bad, and when I try to combine 'FSR' with the 'Frame Gen' the game just crashes, maybe in a future update it will be fixed and could improve the performance, but for now this is all what we have. Btw using 720p is kinda useless, the performance is almost the same and looks even worse.
I used a few mods that can improve the performance a little. I gained about 5 fps in some areas, so it's your call.

Hi, I have the same r7 260x 2gb vga but when I play the game there is a notification shader 6.6 not detected I have tried various ways but it can't, should I change my VGA driver to NimeZ drivers version
Hi, yes you should install NimeZ to be able to play this game, many games won't open using the oficial drivers, especially the new ones.

Nope, this video was a couple of days after the release, I'll try the new patch tho, maybe now the 'Frame Gen' could work with this gpu.
is possible to use lossless scaling?
Ye I think so, gotta watch a tutorial. I didn't actually try using it in this game, the only time that I tried to use lossless was in Mafia 2 DE and I couldn't make it work.
